Experience the rare elegance of direct waterfront living on prestigious Lake Eden, just minutes from vibrant downtown Delray and a five-minute drive or easy bike ride to the beach. Set on nearly half an acre with 120 feet of prime lakefront, the commanding views are a highlight of the main living and entertainment areas. This tropical haven boasts a 45-foot long Florida room with 10 foot ceilings and walls of glass overlooking the expansive pool area and lake. There’s a 33 x 14 free-form heated pool with attached Jacuzzi spa, stone waterfall, and sun shelf, which is great for little ones! Relax under the oversized tiki hut complete with a wet bar, summer kitchen, and 65-inch flat-screen televisions. You can even launch a kayaking adventure or just sit in the sun and fish from your own private boat dock!

The residence features 4,500 square feet of meticulously finished living space, comprising three distinct living areas and three dining areas, one of which features a custom 11-foot table with seating for 14. The chef’s kitchen, complete with SubZero refrigerator, Viking gas range, double wall ovens, and Bosch dishwasher, features a 12-foot center island with expansive space for meal prep, socializing and informal seating for five. The main living area features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, 10-foot vaulted ceilings and seating for eight. The bedrooms are private and perfectly appointed, allowing for time alone and plenty of space to come together with other guests. Everything has been thought of to ensure your stay is not only comfortable, but unforgettable.

Family vacation

Our family stayed at the Sangria Sunset for 7 days with ages from 4 to 79. The place was perfectly outfitted for all of our needs. Fishing from the dock was a favorite, time in the pool and preparing meals at the barbecue and eating outside at the palapa was also a treat. Hard to leave the house but the beach is 10 minutes away ash well many other attractions. The house is spectacular and the managment support was perfect.

Beautiful property!

The home, location, and property are absolutely beautiful! The home layout was perfect for our group to spread out and have plenty of personal space. The sunroom was the perfect hangout spot while indoors and the outside space is an oasis with lovely views! The kitchen was a dream and nicely appointed with everything we needed. I will say that signing a lease for a vacation rental was a new experience for me and in the end I felt that the house rules regarding laundry and how to leave the home at checkout felt a bit stressful trying to get it all done by 10:00 checkout. (VRBO listing had said 11:00 but that was not the case and has since been corrected I believe) I opted to book this home despite the lease requirement because I loved the home so much, and honestly it did not disappoint! Hopefully, we left the home suitable for the host! Overall we had a wonderful stay! I

Excellent home, great amenities

My family greatly enjoyed staying at this house. We would definitely stay there again. They provided everything that we needed for our Christmas vacation. We loved all the outdoor space. The kids loved the pool and the fishing was great. If we needed something then they worked very hard to get it done.The owners and the property manager were very easy to get in touch with and both responded back quickly. Excellent home and definitely worth it.

Great location with lots of ammenities . Everyone enjoyed the Kayaks & Paddle Boards that were launched right out back from the dock . The hit of the Vaca was our 10 & 15 year old Grandsons fishing . They must have been out on the dock each day for at least 12 hours catching lots of different Species . The Trophy fish was a Peacock Bass . Hopefully we'll be back next year . ......Thanks for the fond memories that were made by all .....

New Year's Getaway

The property had everything we needed. it was fully equipped with kitchen ware, etc. the pool, Tiki hut and swing set were perfect for our family. We had perfect weather so that always helps. The communication with the property manager was 1st rate. We would love to return next year!
