Good but not great

It was an overall a good experience. Having been in this service field myself, it was disappointing to hear that I can not extend my stay an extra hour and that the clean up was scheduled beforehand exactly at the time I was supposed to leave. It is not good to treat customers without flexibility. The cabin also needs some humidity fix up as the floor was pretty much wet the whole time. No hard feelings as I still enjoyed my stay there. Best!!

Had a great time on our trip! The condo was very cute, their were just a couple things that did only make it average stay. Not all of the lights worked for us , and the fan to wasn’t working either. But the biggest thing for me was that the floors were not very clean, there was dirt/sand/grass on the floor and they were extremely sticky when we first got to the place. To me it just looked like they didn’t sweep and mop every good before hand.

Fantastic property in Smuggler’s Notch

The location of this property is ideal. It’s within a few minutes walking distance to the ski lift and village center. The rental was clean, comfortable and had a great fireplace. The communication with the owner was amazing; Garrett is extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating.

Perfect ski weekend

Although not ski on, ski off, condo was very convenient to mountain with a short walk through a parking lot. My husband and son figured out a way to ski back to condo. Place is cozy but fit the 4 of us fine. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Bathroom layout was unique but having the shower and toilet in separate locations was helpful! Would stay again!

Great location but lacking in overall space

The listing made the property look larger and newer than it was. It could use a deep cleaning and better instructions for location of (and production of) actual clean linens and bedding upon arrival. The loft is not suitable for 2 grown adults as the ceiling is low and there is an ibeam that restricts sitting up comfortably in bed. The location of the condo made it otherwise a great family weekend and easy skiing access.

Brief winter visit

We are from Florida had never stayed in northern Vermont and we up for some skiing and visiting winter. This retreat worked great. Exactly as described, it is a cozy spot nestled in the mountains a short walk to Smuggler’s Notch Ski Resort and under an hour to Stowe on the other side of the mountain (when Rt 108 is closed for the winter). A great base camp to explore the area and get in some winter sports. It had everything you need and everything went very smoothly. Thanks for a great winter visit.

Excellent location

This was a great place for our family. Perfectly located steps from the main lodge. Parking is easy. Has all the amenities needed. Clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The owners could not have been anymore responsive. Definitely recommend and hope to be back next year.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was everything advertised on Vrbo.com. I had a few questions and Garrett was quick to respond. The Notch Road was open so quick trip to Stowe. Saw a lot of the Vermont countryside. Much needed laid back vacation.

Will absolutely stay here again!

We adored this property! Location was perfect for accessing the small store, shuttle, and even a short walk over to hole 12 on Brewster Ridge Disc Golf Course! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to prepare lunch and dinner each day. Check in and check out was a breeze. DOG FRIENDLY! Absolutely recommend!

It was an excellent location for 2 world class disc golf courses nearby. Garrett was excellent for answering our questions quickly. I was impressed with having everything you need to do laundry provided as well as various spices, oils and Keurig pods. The scenery was amazing and peaceful.

Grateful Stay

Garrett was a wonderful host! He provided very clear check-in and checkout information and was very prompt at responding to any questions I had leading up to our stay. Most notably, we had a last minute request for an earlier check-in time, which would have made a significant difference on our travel plans and nap schedule with our kiddos, and Garrett accommodated us with no extra fees. We feel so grateful to have found such a location and host!

It’s right in the ski resort

My husband and I smelled gas odor and a mix of other sweaty smell when we open the front door. It was very unpleasant so we open the front door for a while. The odor was manageable during our stay, with some window opening. I think the owner needs to work on this, but otherwise, the kitchen and bedroom are beautiful. I appreciate that there was a bench in front of the door, jacket hooks, shoe storage space in the front door closet, plenty of hangers, washing machine available and 2 tv to use. The kitchen was supplied with so many things to use and had a small table with 4 chairs. I appreciate the communication with the owner, they reply my message back really quick.

Skiing break

Condo is located a short four minute walk from the lodge of the lower mountain at Smuggler's notch. You can either hop on the lift and traverse over to the upper mountain or take the shuttle that runs every fifteen minutes to the upper mountain lifts. (Shuttle seems faster). You can even take a connecting run from the upper mountain back to the lower lodge and walk the few minutes back to the condo (or take the shuttle). Condo is small and comfortable. Works great if the intention is to be out and about during the day and only looking to spend the evening at the condo. Could feel tight if you're planning to spend the whole day in. Unit is clean and generally well stocked. Loved the outside ski locker. Little nits we observed is the unit had dry measuring cups, but not a liquid measuring cup. Stocked with cooking utensils, but no ladle. Had wifi internet access that was easy to connect with and the master unit indicated internet access, but some of our devices reported wifi connected, but no internet. Had Roku, but the Roku remote didn't work. Garrett was very responsive to our issues and did provide workarounds for both internet and Roku. Overall we would go back.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and the location was close to skiing, restaurants, and activities. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The weather was a bummer and very few ski runs were open, but we made the best of it. With six of us we were cozy and spent a lot of family time watching movies, playing cards, and sipping hot chocolate.

This is my favorite area in Vermont and I enjoy sharing this experience with guests!
