Chalet de montaña de 3 dormitorios a 2 millas de Smuggler's Notch con vistas a la montaña, múltiples terrazas y sala de juegos. Acogedor por excelencia y encanto en todas partes. Capacidad para 8 personas, dos habitaciones en el segundo piso, una con medio baño, balcón y cama queen. El segundo dormitorio de arriba cuenta con cama doble y dos camas individuales. Baño completo y 3er dormitorio en planta principal. Casa completamente renovada con nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina. Terminó de salir del nivel inferior con tablero de tejo, futbolín, sistema de juego de hockey y lanzamiento de bolsas de frijoles. Nota: vehículo de invierno Vermont sugerido (4wd, AWD, buenas nieves o montantes).

Brought my 1 year old and 4 year old along with a friend. They had games in the basement to keep my ; year old busy, baby gates for my 1 year old and a pack and play. Super close to all the things we wanted to do (eat, drink, groceries, scenery, and tourist spots). Was very easy to communicate with the hosts.

We had an amazing time exploring VT, playing disc golf at smuggs and playing board games with our friends. Location was great and the chalet was very cozy.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped house. The location is wonderful and both the host and property manager were terrific in answering all of our questions. We hope to return next summer to enjoy it all again.

Lovely, clean cabin

We had a great time here for a Thanksgiving weekend getaway. The cabin was well appointed and clean. The kids loved the game room in the basement and sledding on the hill out front!

Home away from home

Anniversary trip

This place is more suited for families than a couple on a romantic getaway. The fireplace was the best part of this chalet. We did enjoy the game room a bit too, but some updating would definitely bring this place up to 5 stars for me. Great location!

Perfect location for Smugglers Notch

We chose this home because of the location for a family snowboarding trip to Smugglers Notch and could not have been happier. The resort was a quick 5 minute drive away which made going back and forth so easy. Our kids loved the game room in the basement and we spent a lot of time down there. There was plenty of space and the house had every thing we needed for our 5 day stay. Diane was so helpful and made sure that we knew where to go and what to do. We will definitely be back.

Great location

Views were amazing, tucked away in a quiet location that provided the perfect relaxed environment. House was wonderful and had to pry the kids away from all the activities. Hosts were checking in to ensure all was going well which I appreciated.

Fantastic House and stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Vermont and at the Notch Chalet. Every night the kids played downstairs while we relaxed by the fire! Loved all the comforts and quietness of the home.

Great little getaway

We loved our family time spent here! It is a beautiful location, and loved how the house was nestled back in the trees with views of smugglers notch! The sunrise from the top balcony was spectacular. The kids loved the game room in the basement. Had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

We recently purchased The Notch Chalet to have a base of operations for potential retirement and to spend time with my son and daughter who live in the area. Shane and his wife and two girls live almost across the street and are owners of Knee Deep Farm (an organic vegetable farm). If you stand on the front deck, you can see their fields and see if they are working. Kelly, husband (both teachers) and son live in Plattsburgh, NY (a short 1.5 hour drive from the Notch Chalet. As a result of many ski trips and family visits (did I mention 3 grandchildren) to the area we also fell in love with the Vermont lifestyle and look forward to spending time at the Notch Chalet with family.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with the property the moment we saw it. We had been searching for a home in the area to be near family and missed the first opportunity to purchase the Notch Chalet. When advised that the property was back on the market, we jumped on it. The home is perched on a hill with spectacular mountain views and convenient to several ski resorts in the winter and provides unlimited enjoyment in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The location provides access to skiing, disk golf , mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, antiquing, Burlington, Montreal, horseback riding: you name it. Or you can just sit on the deck and relax. The home has been recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, baths, flooring, washer and dryer. The home is very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home.

Recently upgraded kitchen and baths with a walk out lower level game room. In the winter the property is only 2 miles from Smugglers Notch and when the Notch Rd. is open, 8 miles to Stowe. Walk to the Red Fox, a local restaurant with good food, bar and entertainment.
