Perfect getaway condo

Teh studio was perferft for our long weekend stay. Building was nice and updated, room, was perfect size. King bed was awesome. Great location to bayfront park.

Marvin’s place was beautiful. We could not have had a better stay. The place was clean, organized, and in a great location. Communication with Marvin was easy and his response time is impeccable! Would absolutely stay again in the future.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 stay. It had a full kitchen including fridge and freezer, oven, coffee pot, pull out couch. The bathroom was full size. The balcony had a nice view of the water to the left. It was clean and perfect. We enjoyed staying here better than in a hotel room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed the weekend while waiting on a cruise

Very busy place but even though the neighbors were playing music loud I was surprised once we were in the condo that we couldn’t really hear it. All good Marvin very easy to reach with any questions I had

High tech and efficient and clean

Great location. One needs a smart phone and ingenuity to manage getting in with everything being phone related. The kitchen stove etc was not intuitive, I needed to look up the manual to operate the stove. Never figured out the oven which limited the use of the kitchen. The shower was awesome! Public transportation was easy to access. Older folks who don’t do everything on their smart phones would struggle a bit at this facility.

Great location

The place was nice, Technology took some getting used to. The elevators didn't always register the first time, but staff was there to help. There are some obstructed views of the ocean, but you still have some nice views. We didn't go to the beach so I am not sure if this is a good location for the beach, but it is super close to the arena and the docks for the cruise ships. The market area is close and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get to use the pool, but we checked out the gym and pool area and it was nice. The unit does not have a microwave, but it has an air fryer and a stove/oven with pots and pans so reheating some of our food was easy. For coffee drinkers, there was a kurig in there with a couple pods for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Miami. We enjoyed our short visit more than we thought we would due to the lcoation of this unit.

Modernes Condo in zentraler Lage

Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und kommunizierte stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Condo befindet sich in einem modernen Hochhauskomplex, in dem auch ein Hotel untergebracht ist. Der Pool sowie der Fitnessraum des Hotels können ebenfalls mitgenutzt werden. Das Apartment bietet eine moderne Einrichtung und einen wunderschönen Ausblick aus dem 21. Stock des Gebäudes. Die Küche war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, nur fehlte es an ausreichend Kaffee für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes. Die großen Schiebetüren zum Balkon hin waren leider dreckig, sodass der schöne Ausblick getrübt war. Die Badezimmermöbel waren staubig und sollten besser gereinigt werden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Booked here for a last minute weekend getaway, this property exceeded our expectations!! Super clean beautiful apartment, great location (very walkable), and the building has great amenities! couldn’t be happier! Marvin was a great host, super quick response to all our questions

This property as described. It was within walking distance to FTX arena, restaurants and Bayshore. Marvin was a great host. Communicated check in and check out process which was easy.

Pretty apartment. Traumatic stay

Apartment is very clean. Minimal view from small balcony. Very comfortable bed and good linens. We had a very bad experience our 2nd night. The elevator is all computers and ran on a iPad. The apartment is on the 21st floor. My daughter, granddaughter and I got to the 15th floor when the elevator shook, stopped then freefell 5 floors. (We thought it was 3 at first but the head of security said it was actually 5 due to some "dead space" in between floors). It knocked my daughter and granddaughter to the floor. We thought we were about to die. The host seemed very concerned when I called him. Security at the building saw it on the cameras and were great the rest of our stay. However, later my family and I were still recovering from the trauma when I got a text from someone named "Gena" who I'd never spoken to that claimed to be co-host who basically said "sorry about the experience in the elevator. Glad you are ok. Will you be checked out by 11am or before?". Really? Less than 2 hours earlier your elevator dropped us 5 floors and you're texting me about trying to push us out early for check out? The audacity was very off-putting. After we got home I contacted VRBO asking if they provided any kind of compensation (a hotel would have). They said no but offered to contact the host, as they agreed it was traumatic enough to warrant compensation. The host refused any kind of refund or compensation. My 7 year granddaughter has had a panic attack on an elevator since. She is going to need therapy. And even though this owner didn't do anything directly to us, the way it's been handled has been very disappointing. I won't stay here again, which is unfortunate because I'm in Miami often. Maybe I'll try the hotel side next time where there's protection for the renter.

Lovely studio

This lovely property has stunning views of the Miami shoreline and is perfect for a business stay. The building is secure with lots of amenities. The hosts are very responsive. The apartment is small but has everything you need - from a steamer in the walk-in closet to shampoo in the shower. Very comfortable; I highly recommend!
