This home is located just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia, in the Golden Triangle of the Hideout. As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art museum, woodworking building, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar
This rental home has sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests within its 3 bedrooms and the full pull-out sofa. The main level has one bedroom with a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are on the upper level. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and third bedroom has a king bed. The full pull out sofa is in the living room. There is a full bathroom on each floor!! Enjoy the coffee bar, sit in the hot tub or sauna, enjoy a nice evening on the screened in porch>. The full finished basement has the laundry room, ping pong table, foos ball, air hockey a 65 inch TV and a full wet bar with wine fridge. There are 2 kayaks provided for you to use. This house is less than a 5 minute walk to the main beach/pool and right across the street from Getaway park where you can launch your kayaks.!!

Hot tub is cleaned by a licensed, certified hot tub cleaning company and is guaranteed.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
