** This home is listed for sale. Although we will try to schedule all showing between guests, a showing may incur during your stay.**

Sugar Beach 362 sits in one of the original and very popular complexes here in Orange Beach. There is so much to do here in the complex with 2 pools plus a kiddie pool sitting beach side, another pool located in the interior of the complex, a full-size tennis court, a fitness room, and is beach front with private access. Also, don't forget about the famous Sugar Shack (pool side cantina) serving your favorite drinks and goodies!!

This two story, one bedroom home contains a King Size Bed on the top floor including a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs on the main level is a Sleeper Sofa in the Living area, another full-size bathroom with a stall shower, a stackable washer and dryer, plus a fully stocked kitchen! When it is time for Beach, Sun, and Fun, this home is wallet friendly and perfect for your small family!!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

A Parking Passes is required and purchased upon arrival. the pass is $35 and limited to 1 pass, valid for your entire stay (up to 30 days). They are purchased at the gate entrance from the Security Guard.

Excellent location. Easy parking and check in. Could use some update. Carpet was quite dirty, furniture well worn and the stools were extremely wobbly. Kitchen was well stocked and in working order. Location was prime.

Great condo on beach perfect for couple or small family

Beach in your backyard what more could you want. Great little condo. 4 pools. Safe convenient fun. You will need to bring more toilet paper on 2 rolls provided for both bathrooms. And towels, wash clothes. Other than that perfect place.

Budget friendly

We love the area. The condo was exactly as described . It was clean and had everything we needed. The only down fall was the elevator was down for about half of our stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures online were deceiving. This place is much older and run down than it appears. I was also displeased to find out I would have to pay for parking on arrival after I’d already paid for everything. That was down in the details instead of up front with the total price. It’s not about the money, it’s about transparency. Put all fees together in a list.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My apologies to the owners, but we found this unit to be old and cramped. There was not enough room on the bottom floor for even a small breakfast table! We had to utilize the two bar stools like TV trays while sitting on the couch to eat. One of the two elevators had been broken for a week, making unloading and loading our vehicle a nightmare. The sliding glass door to the balcony was "secured" with a wooden pole placed in the track, as the lock did not function. The microwave was actually in a cupboard (not on the kitchen counter) and awkward to use. My wife couldn't stand the stains in the upstairs carpet and cleaned them up. Only good features were the bed (comfortable) and a good A/C unit.

Great girls get away.

Everything was wonderful, the condo was great. Only complaint that I have it said that they had an iron in our condo and it wasn’t one there. The mattress on the pull out couch was very wore out and needs replacing .. other than that everything was fabulous and will rent again in the near future.

Thought little things could be done to improve the place. Alittle paint, caulking. Bar stools too low for the counter so no place to eat except outside. Bottom of drapes extremely dirty or stained. Found silverware in dishwasher. Wouldn't recommend.

Reviewer Comments: We chose Sugar Beach #362 due to the budget friendly pricing and that we had rented from Celebrity Vacations Rentals before.Check in was very easy once we figured out where to go in the complex. The construction carts were a nice touch because hauling everything into the condo was so much easier. The condo has some wear and tear but we did not care. Having two bathrooms was beneficial because we could shower right away to remove sand. The bedroom had plenty of space for clothes with a dresser and walk-in closet. It would have been nice to have hangers in the closet. The bed was very comfortable. The ceiling fan upstairs helped keep the unit nice and cool. There were many pool options. The pool on the first floor was usually quiet. The elevator was slow so having more than one on the property would be helpful. The snack shack was handy. Easy beach access but could be a little walk from the condo. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit. Everything we needed for a great stay was supplied. The complex was quiet during our stay which was an extra bonus!

Older unit in need of updates.

We arrived at the rental after a long drive, paid $35 for parking, and discovered there was only one elevator for the whole complex that is not air conditioned. We waited in line for at least 15 minutes to go up to our floor. At one point during our stay, we were coming back from the pool waiting on the elevator and we heard a loud boom. When the elevator door opened, one of the light covers was laying in the floor, cracked, and you could see up into the ceiling of the elevator. Later we saw that the light fixture had been removed and the ceiling was left open the rest of our stay. Parking is in an over crowded parking deck and the spaces are very cramped. The place itself was obviously built a good while ago and no updates have been made. The dresser drawers, towel bars, closet rods, light fixtures, nightstands were all dirty/old. A lot of the fixtures in the room that were metal were rusted. One of the remotes didn’t have a back to it. There were only three towels for the entire place, one of which was covered in someone’s hair. The bed, pillows and pull out couch were clean thank goodness. I didn’t even bother calling to complain because after looking around the complex it is very obvious that no one is caring for this place and it was too late to find anywhere else. Ultimately, we stuck it out and enjoyed the pools and easy access to the beach.
