The upper floor is ideal for parents seeking a little extra privacy, featuring an ensuite master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a cozy office alcove. Unwind in the jetted tub after skiing, hiking, or lake adventures. The loft area on this level also has a full-size futon, great for kids or extra guests.

The great room on the main floor is the heart of the home, perfect for families to gather. Whether you’re watching a movie in the living area by the fireplace, cooking together in the fully stocked kitchen, or sharing a meal in the dining area, this space is designed to bring everyone together. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds - both bedrooms share a bathroom with a steam shower.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This is a rural mountain property, and you may encounter some of Lake Tahoe’s native wildlife. Bears, coyotes, bobcats and small animals like field mice live in the area. While you may never see them, it's important not to leave food out or in your car that may attract wildlife. If wildlife sightings make you uncomfortable, this may not be the best fit for your stay.

Winter Travel Tips - Incline Village is a high-elevation, mountainous location, and winter snow is a given. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended, and we provide regular snow removal for the driveway. However, be mindful that snow removal occurs only when there is more than 6 inches of accumulation.

HOUSE RULES
Please note: Guest booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and accept responsibility for the condition of the Property. A valid ID is required to complete the reservation process.

Your Reservation is for the number of people you have booked in your Reservation - if you desire to change the number of people it must be submitted through VRBO.

No Groups, Gatherings, or Parties are allowed on the property. The property is licensed for a maximum of 8 people for only the guests that are booked and staying overnight.

Quiet hours mandated and enforced by the City are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

We have an additional per pet fee and allow up to two dogs.

Service Animals
We allow up to two Service Animals. According to Airbnb's policy, service animals cannot be left alone at a listing without prior approval from the host. This is a violation of Airbnb's guidelines and the ADA regulations. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1869
