Everything worked out great for our 3 families that stayed there! Dogs had their yard, kids had their upstairs , and adults the living room. Got in two good hikes, once we discovered the fire roads.

Luxurious getaway!

This spot was a treat - gorgeous interior, spacious layout, hot tub and ideal location! We skied at Mt Rose, hit the beach playground, went bowling and still had time to cook up a storm, watch the Super Bowl and play games. We will happily return!

Perfect for family and friends

Super spacious house, well equipped.Loved we could bring the dog as well as the private hot tubEvery thing was clean, organized and prepared.House information in a folder by the entrance make all a lot easier!

Wonderful stay in Incline Village

Had a wonderful stay in Incline Village. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our group during the holidays. Communication with the owners was great and the house was very comfortable.

Great stay!

This rental is very well equipped, seem larger in person than in the photos. pillows in some rooms were not the most comfortable, otherwise no complaints!

Wonderful house

Great bang for your buck!

This home had everything we needed for our weekend trip! We had 6 adults and a toddler and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The location is great for skiing and close to some of our favorite activities in incline village. The home is as advertised, has some quirks, but overall I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Jacuzzi, check, grill, check, balcony with great views, check. Thank you Kelly!

Fantastic Place

Great home, we have been here before. Love the location, close to town but in the trees with great hiking trails nearby. Spacious and comfortable. Driveway isn’t steep so winter parking is easy. Our dog loved the fenced yard. Kelly and Tracy are great hosts -available and responsive.

Spacious Ski Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here over the Presidents Day holiday weekend. The sleeping arrangements were spacious, the kitchen equipment was satisfactory and the location was easy to access. The home manual was hard to find, but eventually discovered it underneath the TV on the main floor. It explains how to operate the automated potbelly stoves, which, once started, really pump out the heat. Great location for a family or a group of skiers!

Family vacation

This home had every conceivable thing you would need in the kitchen. The deck and yards were fantastic. Great for big families. Plenty of towels. The only downside is it doesn’t have a true master bathroom. The bunk room and game room areas must share because they are all on the second floor. They could have used more sheets and pillowcases. Overall we had a blast!

Annual family vacation

This is our third year in a row at this home. It is well appointed and has plenty of room for our growing family. Each year we have come, we have noticed a few more tweaks that show the owner's continual attention to detail. Both the owner and local property manager are easy to reach and extremely accommodating. Another very enjoyable Incline vacation!

Another great stay at Kelly's home.

Repeat guests. Fantastic home and location. Use it as a hub to mountain bike the area. Easy access off the Mt Rose highway in a quiet location, with access to Incline Village and Kings Beach nearby. Very usable kitchen and living space, large deck and plentiful sleeping options. Communication with Kelly is swift and easy. Highly recommend!

Refreshing

Wonderful Stay!

The property was amazing! Very well stocked, a lot larger than what we expected. Great backyard, amazing neighborhood, with very friendly neighbors. The host was great at communicating, we had no issues getting in or figuring out how to work everything once in. We would definitely recommend this and would definitely love to come back again. The snow made it so memorable as well! Super close to stores and restaurants at Incline Village. We had a great time!

Best trip to Tahoe yet

We loved this house. Our dogs were comfortable and all the kids had enough space to do their own thing or for both families to hang out together. The layout was fantastic and even the back yard was perfect for playing in the snow. We loved every minute, thank you for sharing your home with us.

Thanksgiving Vacation

This property could not have been more perfect for our two families to meet for Thanksgiving. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. The rocking chair in the bunk room was perfect for the little ones. This house is much larger than it appears in the photos. The kitchen was a dream for cooking the holiday meal. We brought all the spices and oils we thought we would need, but they were all already there. Lots of glassware, dishes, silverware, and storage containers. The host and property manager were polite and helpful. This house deserves more than 5 starts.

Great Family Home

Everything is beautiful, remodeled, and the instructions are great. Super comfortable home and the wifi (we all had to work) was fast/smooth. Heating worked well, and the location is awesome-- close to family nearby and easy drive to lake, market, and everything else.

We love this house and it works so well for our family and pets. We had a few quirks occur while we were there due to unforeseen power outages in the neighborhood and the property manager, Tracy, was immediately available and spent a great deal of time working to resolve to issues. We felt well taken care of. The property is spotless and very welcoming. Many thanks to Tracy and to Kelly! We will definitely be back!!!

So much space!

This was an absolute JOY of a property to rent... the abundance of space and beds alone is Ah-Mazing! And, I must also mention how well appointed this home is! There is everything you may need, and I do mean everything (think Bundt pans, oyster forks, teriyaki skewers...) We loved to cook in this kitchen! Great location, awesome trickling noise from the stream below, perfect deck... we will definitely be back soon!

Perfect home for a Tahoe getaway!

We spent 4 glorious days in this beautiful home in Incline Village. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Mount Rose highway and Incline Village. There is the relaxing sound of a stream gurgling up from the canyon behind the backyard deck. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need to create a gourmet meal. The living space has ample room for a large group. There are even extra rooms to hide out and read if you are so inclined. The beds are comfortable and the entire home was very clean. The deck has lots of room and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Kelly and her caretaker were quick to respond to questions. One of the nicest places we've stayed at in North Tahoe area. You can't go wrong with this lovely home.
