This newly renovated one level rambler centrally located home is cozy yet spacious. Featuring an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room, 3 separate bedrooms as well as a large open kids room, this home is perfect for families or multiple families!

Enjoy relaxing by the fire table on the covered patio and watch the kids and pets play in the fully fenced yard. Catch a glimpse of the Olympic Mountains as well.

The home is located just blocks away from grocery shopping, downtown and the ONP entrance to Hurricane Ridge.

We have created this space for our guests!

The 3 main bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds, plush Duvets, simple artwork and thoughtful touches. Mountain themed to inspire your adventures here on the Olympic Peninsula.

Kids will enjoy their large room with 2 twin beds with 2 pull out trundles, complete with a tent and ample room to play.

You will find the open concept kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, spices and more. You will find a Kuerig Duo as well; allowing guests to brew a single cup of coffee (assortment of Kuerig coffees provided), or brew an entire pot.

The large living room boasts a 50" TV, Bluray player and assortment of DVDs.

Outside, you will find a fully fenced yard with ample grass for the kids and pets to play. The covered patio, complete with fire table and hanging chairs makes the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

In addition to the above, some special touches to note:
The shelves in the kitchen, as well as living room are made from locally sourced cedar, milled by a tribal woodworker.
The lamps on either side of the loveseat are handmade by a local artist.

2 couples stayed here and it was great. Easy access in and out, exactly as pictured on VRBO. We didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay. The only note to share, and for us wasn’t a bad thing, is that it’s right on a main road so the road noise was a little loud at night. Lovely home and would be a repeat renter for us.

The house is nice on the inside with a comfortable couch, good size dinner table, TV, etc. Unfortunately it's next to a busy road which we heard day and night. It was clean on the visible surfaces, but very dusty underneath and behind furniture. The beds were not assembled properly (lose screws, unstable, squaky). Overall, our experience was ok but not great.

We loved having this home as our base from which to explore Olympic National Park and Port Angeles - it was perfectly located and had everything our extended family (two parents, two grandmothers, and three kids under six) needed for an amazing vacation!

Wow! This home was perfect for us! Close to everything we wanted to do at Olympic National Park! We also enjoyed being close to downtown and there is a great restaurant right across the road! The home was very clean and cozy! There were 7 of us and MORE than enough room! We all slept great and had everything we needed to make a great meal morning, noon and night! We didn't end up bringing our grand dog but if we had there was a good sized fenced in yard for one. We grilled out and had a movie night with the Grandkids. I can't imagine anything else we could have needed for a great stay! Book it!

Very comfortable home

We chose this property to explore Olympic National Park for a few days. It was perfect and met all our needs. There was an accident that spilled fuel into the water system rendering it undrinkable while we were there. The owners showed up with a case of water for us to help get through the emergency. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. They obviously take very good care of their home and guests.

Nice family vacation base

The house was very clean. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and the kitchen had all we needed. We also enjoyed the outside patio with fire pit, which was fenced in and private and a nice place to hang out. It is a great location for exploring Olympic National Park and also for taking the ferry to Victoria Canada for the day!

Great place, good location, comfortable

This is a very good place to book if you're looking to visit Olympic national park. The location is right outside the park, and it took us 30 minutes to lake crescent and 45 to hurricane ridge. The place itself is well stocked and you can tell they treat this home like it is their actual home. Everything is quality built, beds are comfortable, everything works well.

Could be nice

The size and location was great and had potential to be a good rental but the cleanliness keeps me from recommending it. There were quite a few bugs (both alive and dead), cobwebs, baseboards were filthy, bathroom fan was caked in dust, and there were some stains on the bed linens.

Absolutely perfect for us!

We were in town to have our memorial and burial at sea for our parents and this place worked perfectly for that! Fenced yard was awesome for our dog and good to Have plenty of places to sleep for mixed families coming together. Thank you!

Nice place for a large family

Large open floor plan where a family or group can spread out. Plenty of rooms. Great rumpus room for smaller kids. Fully fenced yard is great for pets - our Labrador says thank you! Radiant floor heat takes a long time to respond (heat up or cool down). Set it to a comfortable level immediately, and don't mess with it. Can open bedroom windows if needed.

Great central location for a large group!

Family trip

Washer had sheets in it and some sheets were sandy on bed. Decor was very nice and beds were comfy minus the sand. House was very roomy. No air conditioning which I missed!

Good location

The home was comfortable and a good base location for day trips. We enjoyed using the large covered outdoor area with the propane fire pit. The restaurant right across the street had delicious food!

Family gathering & memorial celebration

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The host was incredibly helpful and prompt with responses. The home was a perfect location for our occasion. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The departing instructions were easy to follow and didn’t require much from us. We will definitely book this home again for any return trips to visit the Olympic National Forest. Don and his home get all the stars from us!!

Cute house

Overall our stay was good. Upon arrival,there dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the dryer was full of sheets. I did tell the manager and he offered to have the cleaners come by. It wasn't a huge deal, but I wanted him to know (since we all pay cleaning fees!). The beds were comfy and the living room/kitchen area is huge. There is no AC, so we kept the windows open. The house does sit next to a very busy street so there is a lot of street noise.

The place is very spacious and looks modern. The kids room is lovely. The location is very accessible from the main road. It's also close to the downtown.
