Walk to Golf Course, Close to Shopping/Dining and Lakes

Come stay in this beautifully decorated home near the Pagosa Golf course and surrounding lakes. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a grand open area for the living, dining and kitchen. There is a brand new hot tub to use and enjoy the sunset views.

The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom separated with a private shower and toilet room. The master is spacious, bright and has access to the rear deck. Down the hall are 2 other bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the bedrooms has a futon that can be used as well. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with the rest of the house. One of the rooms accesses the rear deck as well.

The living room has tall ceilings, fireplace, TV and opens to the dining area and a very large kitchen with all of the items and appliances you'll need to prepare your meals. The dining area of this room has a sliding door to the rear deck. The deck has space to enjoy your meals or cool drinks and a gas BBQ grill.

This home is pet friendly. There is a $75.00 plus tax pet fee per dog. Also, a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum at this home.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

This home allows guests to use the 2 car garage. This home is located just down the street from the golf course where you can play or practice and enjoy a drink and meal.

We had a fantastic time at this property! It was clean, comfortable, great views from the backyard, nice hot tube and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made check-in a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

Quiet and nice neighborhood. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room. Also close to stores and activities. Looked pass the construction, absolutely loved the beauty of Pagosa Springs.

Had a homey feel with plenty of space. Kitchen was very well stocked with items such as coffee, sugar, cooking oils, vinegar, condiments, cookware, etc. Even a complimentary "snack bucket" of goodies. Probably my favorite rental in Pagosa in the past 15 years I have rented in this area.

Beware! Be warned!

The property itself seemed nice enough. Once I booked on VRBO the management company reached out to me and directed me off site to sign lengthy documents for a short term rental agreement and pay deposits directly to them. I was given a laundry list of house rules to review and sign. My family and I were very careful with the house.When I returned home, three days later I was notified that I was being deducted from my Security deposit a fee for a broken hot tub valve. I thought there had to be some mistake because no one used the hot tub while we were there. I thought if I reached out to the management company that we could easily clear it up when I told them that we hadn’t even used the hot tub. After some time and reaching out and not hearing back for a few days, they sent me a before and after picture of a hot tub with some valve cap removed showing what they were telling me was a broken valve. There was no reasoning with the company. It didn’t matter if the tub was used by us or not, they felt justified in charging me for some broken hot tub part with a picture as “proof” that my family had done something to the hot tub. Hot tubs are touchy and require constant maintenance. I don’t know their maintenance schedule but maybe that part broke on its own and we were just there that weekend and got blamed. When we checked in there was a trash can overflowing outside and nowhere for us to dispose of our trash.Avoid this company if you can. Super uncaring.

Best week ever!

Super cozy cabin in a beautiful neighborhood. Hot tub was immaculate and super clean! Bit of a rainy week but just made the home all the more cozy. We didn’t have much planned this week outside of going to the springs and hot air balloon ride (highly recommend) and the home

New rental-exactly as the pictures show

We loved our stay. The home was just as shown and then more! Amenities galore, plenty of pillows, towels, blankets and to top it off we had visits from wildlife that we enjoyed. Birds, neighborhood cat that was friends with some mule deer, red fox and possibly a bear. We didn’t see one but the trash can was knocked over one morning. Very convenient location for lots of sight seeing. A visit to the Pagosa springs resort for the afternoon was totally worth while. Very relaxing and enjoyable. VIP group was awesome and kept in touch throughout our process. Would use them again.

This house is better than the pictures. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. It is also very conveniently located to stores and shopping and not far from the ski resort.
