Private Beach Home with large backyard, pergola, hot tub and under a minute walk to your private beach plus mooring rights on the LI Sound. Quick walk to beautiful beach front restaurants/bars, public beaches and dog park. Short ride to Bayville Amusement Park. 5mins to shopping and dining in Historic Oyster Bay. Home has one full bath and an outdoor shower. No parties. If interested in having additional guests/visitors over during your stay, then please contact owner for fee schedule.

Beautiful Beach House

This is a beautiful decorated, modern beach house in Bayville. It’s perfectly located and features a great backyard. Inside is clean, cozy, inviting and the perfect size for 4 adults. The property is dog friendly and close to the local dog park too. Wonderful communication from the host. Everything was clear and any questions we had were answered. Overall a really great property and I highly recommend it.

SENSELESS SURVEILLANCE & RUDE DISMISSAL WITHOUT PLAUSIBLE REASON- DO NOT STAY HERE

My friends, husband, and I are appalled, as the host made us very uncomfortable staying here. Let’s start with being watched on 2 Ring cameras. Although outside.. 1 camera is located right in the back next to the jacuzzi, where we’re in our bathing suits, and where the fire is and games like corn hole and connect 4. I had a small dinner party for my Birthday here with no more than 9 guests (including my husband and I) at any given time, although only 6 of them were sleeping over, which was told to him in person. Mind you, as much as he’d like to think so, nothing said anything against get-togethers, up-charging for extra people, or having a problem with accommodating 6 guests staying there at our time of booking, which I have screenshot evidence of. We were not rude guests and left the place spotless, despite the horrible circumstance they put us through. Excuse us for having some steak and beers for a birthday. Why have games and amenities such as these if they can not handle a dinner party? We would have stayed on the beach the whole time but the beach is rather rocky and we were honest about having 8-9 guests after all. This was said to his face before he left! He decided to put a whole lot of extra descriptions about no parties and extra fees the night he kicked us out, saying that was always the policy (when it wasn’t) but that’s besides the point… What really gets to us is that he and the woman he was with were extremely rude to us, even though we were not rude to them. I had to stop the woman from yelling in my friends ear as my friend was doing dishes saying, “you weren’t invited here!” I said, “don’t talk to her like that”. They kicked us out half way through our reservation time at no cost to them, no refund, and without providing any reasonable explanation. He will probably have you check-in early to check you out and act like he did you a favor by doing that. He might even tell you that he was a cop, evident by his thin blue line flag and all. Yeah, we get it, respect the police but wow… 4 out of my 9 friends are poc. Made us all us wonder if this is where they drew the line? Hmm. Although we can’t prove if this was an act of discrimination or not…. My advice? Don’t come here unless you like dealing with these very rude individuals who will probably be watching you and listening in on your convos the whole time while you’re outdoors. Better believe I will be following up because they owe us back our money. We do not recommend.
