The Sagusta Gardens PLS property is centrally located just off the Leeward Highway, first left after Menzies Medical Practices (Glass Shack Corner) on Albacore Close, Providenciales. Less than 10 minutes from the airport but very close to supermarkets; shopping; popular restaurants and bars in Turtle Cove; Watersports; Thursday Fish Fry and many sandy beaches.

You will love the ambiance and comfort of the fully furnished living/dining room with table for 4, sofa with pull-out bed; fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker), washer/dryer and bedroom with double bed. (Double bed also available). Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travelers.

There are sun loungers to relax or sunbathe, a grill, pool table (we just ask that you cover it after each use), a communal pool if you fancy a nice dip. (No lifeguards working). Additional entertaining space is also available on the porch or under the Gazebo for a casual drink, romantic breakfast or dinner. Also beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment. Free parking is available in front of the pool or at the entrance to the right.

Surrounding restaurants on Leeward Highway -Jimmy Dive Bar/Restaurant is in Central Square (5 minute walk from the property) and Tongue and Groove in the Do It Center (breakfast/lunch and less than 5 minute drive). There are many more restaurants to choose from in Turtle Cove.

Most beaches are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Our quiet location is perfect for relaxing, enjoying nightlife and everything Providenciales has to offer.
