Pure relaxation

The condo was a perfect quiet stay in paradise. Its location is close to restaurants and the beach. You can stay in and dine or visit many great choices for food and beverage.

Beautiful condo!!

Great location & amenities. We enjoyed the pool, used the gym & dined at many delicious restaurants. The condo was clean with a beach decor vibe. Bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!

Another Great Stay in Paradise

This is our third time staying here. The place is always clean, has stuff for the beach, and is in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Vacation

The description and photos of the condo were EXACTLY as described. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Communication has been outstanding from my questions before we booked and her advice she have before our arrival was spot on. We strongly recommend staying here and make sure to rent a car you won’t regret it.

Fantastic property

It was our first time in TCI and so we were coming to the island with no experience. This studio condo was a great place to use as a base to explore nearby beaches and restaurants. The host was magnificent with her communication, including a suggestion that we rent a car. This condo is a short distance to a relatively secluded beach which we preferred over the more crowded ones in the heart of Grace Bay. The pool areas are nice and the balcony view is serene. Highly recommended!

Loved this condo!!

Perfect location in Turtle Cove area! This place was spotless, comfortable and well appointed! Views were amazing, walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Short drive to explore Taylor Bay, groceries, Sapodilla Bay beach and near airport. Thank you Jacinthe! Will come back and highly recommend!

My husband and I were there for half business & half vacation. The condo was lovely, had stunning views and very comfortable furniture, especially on the balcony. We would definitely go again - my husband is already looking into booking it for a potential upcoming trip in a few weeks. Thanks!!!

Wonderful

This place was wonderful. I will defiantly return. The unit had everything we needed and the property was very nice. It is away from the busy Grace Bay Area but only by 10 minutes. You do need a car if staying here. Close to Turtle Cove which has some great restaurants like Mango Reef and Magnolia. I hope to return next year.

Big Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful time in Turks and especially the condo. The view of Grace Bay was awesome and we had easy access to the beach/snorkeling. The condo had everything we needed and located perfectly with access to all parts of the island only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again. Jacinthe was an excellent host, helping me set up a surprise for my wifes birthday. She also provided ample instructions and recommends during our stay.

Second time - another great stay

This was our second time staying at this place and it was just as great as the first time. This time we were there for new year's and the place has a balcony with a great view to see all the fireworks on the beach from the various resorts. This went great with the complementary bottle of champagne to ring in the new year. The host is very responsive to any concerns and has plenty of supplies for the beach (snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrella). Would highly recommend to any one seeking an affordable yet wonderful stay in Turks and Caicos. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful stay

We arrived to the condo with just a short drive from the airport. The Villa itself was very quiet and nicely decorated. Spacious living space and comfortable bed. I was a little surprised with the mold in the shower but … maybe that is hard to just remove, but other than that, the place was clean. We loved the balcony every morning and the beautiful view of the water! The beaches are very close and OH SO BEAUTIFUL!! We appreciated our first stay in Turks and we would definitely stay at Jacinthes place in the future. Thank you!

Excellent but….

This place is great like many other units but….1) no safety lock box2) no wine bottle opener 3) one adult beach chair, one child beach chair 4) and one annoying neighbour on a daily bases with se round sound movie watching… boom booom booom even after sending the security guard and contacting the owner.

Condo Stay

This was my finance and I first time in Turks and Caicos. The check in process with Jacinthe was simple. Property was pretty clean. Having an umbrella and one chair was a plus as well as a pool and hot tub on site. You will need a car if you’re staying here as there are only 1 or 2 restaurants walking distance. You will feel safer with a car especially if you want to visit Grace Bay which is a must. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus as well as a kitchen. Would recommend to anyone staying for more than a few days.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed there for about 9 days. Loved the place, the location, the peaceful atmosphere. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything you might need was provided in the kitchen. Clean and pretty. Beautiful view!! The communication with the host was great, she was very quick to answer any questions. Couple of beaches within 10 walk, great snorkelling. A few restaurants within walking distance with great food. We did not rent a car, took a cab a few times into downtown. Overall it was an amazing vacation, would certainly return to the same place within the next couple years. Lots of stairs at the front but it was fun climbing them and a good exercise!

Just as advertised-beautiful view.

This place has a beautiful view, is close to the beach. and good restaurants. If you want to just stay there at the pool, you can but most people do not. However, if you wnt to take chairs etc to the beach, it's a bit too far to walk. Best to have a car if you can tolerate the crazy driving. This is not an issue with our host of couse but the island in general. Something needs to be done.! The place was quiet except for an air conditioning unit close so keep in mind if you are sensitive to that type of low noise. The host provided everything you need including beach chairs and some toys. Appreciate the security on site.

A slice of heaven in a land of paradise

A truly magnificent condo run by an extremely professional and friendly woman. Jacinthe was always available and eager to communicate, answering all questions we had, provide recommendations for activities and places to eat. She even went above and beyond and decorated the place for Valentine’s Day. Directions, which can be tricky in TCI, we’re clear and easy and we found the place without any trouble. She made the place feel right at home with a well stocked kitchen providing all the essential cookware, and even spices, to make some truly amazing dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable, the view amazing and the location perfect. In fact we joked about how everything was only ten minutes away. Want to go to Grace bay, 10 mins. Want to go to Chalk Sound (a must in my opinion), 10 mins. Want to go to the beach that is right in the view of your balcony and snorkel around the coral and sea grass for free with the provided snorkeling gear, that’s a 10 min walk. I truly cannot express how amazing this trip was with mere words, and Jacinthe’s place was truly at the heart of what made this trip so phenomenal.

1st Visit to Turks and Caicos

This was the 1st visit for my wife and me. We stayed 7 nights. The property was exactly as described. We parked in the back and walked up 2 flights of stairs. After the 1st night, we generally parked in the garage and took the elevator. Upon opening the door, you had a straight view through the condo and out the balcony window to the beautiful turkquoise water of the ocean. JC arrived within minutes of our arrival, greeting us and letting us know that she was available should we need her. She gave us an overview of the condo and answered the questions we had. The condo is fully equipped and you shouldn't need anything. The beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment and umbrella came in very handy. It is very clean and we found the bed comfortable. The condo is walking distance to restaurants and beaches but we rented a car to see more of the island. I'm sure I'm leaving a lot out, but the important point is that this is condo is deserving of its 5 star rating. For the price and location, it's a very good value. We highly recommend it and would stay here again. Thank you JC.

A gem in Turtle Cove!

Really enjoyed our early December stay! The host build a helpful practice of “if you don’t finish something, leave it behind for the next guest.” In addition to a lot of snorkeling gear, the host also provided shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, aloe products for sunburn etc. The space itself was a studio but felt much larger. It was beautifully laid out and thoughtfully decorated. The Brita pitcher in the fridge was a thoughtful touch, and we made ample use of the balcony for morning coffee/breakfast. Highly recommend this place if you don’t feel the need to stay right in the heart of Grace Bay! My wife and I rented bikes from Scooter Bob’s (short walk), and it was an easy and safe ~20 minute bike ride on flat roads to get to Grace Bay. Totally doable and enjoyable if you’d like to avoid renting a car!

I live here full time and cannot begin to think about leaving TCI...ever! I look forward to share that with you and tell you about my favorite spots on island.

For the views, the breeze and the sea. The color of the water is just astounding, all around our islands. Turtle Cove is a nice area, a little bit outside the buzz zone, where you will find peace and tranquility, a coffee shop, restaurants and a beautiful beach almost all to yourself.
