Welcome to Eagle Lake, Maine. This lakefront cottage offers both Summer and Winter retreats. Enjoy your own private beach where you can lounge in the sun, fish, and enjoy complimentary kayaks from the property. Have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the wraparound deck offering panoramic views of Eagle Lake. The ground floor offers a second living room, pool table/ lounge area and separate bed and bath. Great for large parties or entertaining. Daily pontoon boat/Jeep rentals are available throughout your stay. Conveniently located near ATV/UTV & snowmobile trails. Plenty of trailer parking. 2 story home offering 3 bedrooms, 8 beds, sleeps 16. 2 living rooms, 3 full baths, and a pool table/ lounge and bar area. Great for entertaining!

The space
Spacious open floor plan with panoramic views of Eagle Lake. Newer cottage with chic, cabin decor. Fully equip kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Upstairs living room features queen, memory foam sofa bed and electric fireplace. 2 private bedrooms. Master bedroom features a king bed and private bath with shower/tub combo. A desk and printer are available for your office needs. Plenty of space for clothing storage. Second bedroom offers a queen bed and large closet. A second full bath offers a walk in shower. Luxury, hotel sheets on all beds makes for a comfortable, cozy stay. Downstairs offers a 3rd bedroom with 4 full beds, third full bathroom, second living room with another sleeper sofa and a pool table & bar area. There is no interior access from the ground floor to the top floor.
A large front porch overlooking the lake features 4 rocking chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views and sounds of nature. All access inside requires the use of stairs.
A long driveway makes perfect for snowmobile trailers, ATV/ UTV parking. Extra parking for large groups is available by contacting the host. The train runs directly behind the house at random times during each day. Super fun for the kids to experience. Not very loud from inside the house.
There is a BBQ grill and picnic table on property for your outdoor dining needs. Beach chairs, kayaks, fire pit with marshmallow roasting sticks and corn hole boards are complimentary with your stay.

This is a great place to stay with a family. The house is clean and well stocked including some included outdoor amenities which make your stay on the lake complete.

Family Ice Fishing Trip

10 of us stayed for a long weekend to visit and ice fish. We had a wonderful time. The house was great. Had everything we needed including an outdoor fire pit and grill. Plenty of room, clean, would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful place

This was a wonderful get away. The house is gorgeous and fully stocked. You just need your food and clothes. Everything on the internet was accurate. When we had a question Matt responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here. We hope to return.

The place was beautiful. The cleanest and most well stocked place that i have ever stayed. We even enjoyed watching the train go by. It's goes by so slow you barely even notice it. We would definitely come back, this is the first place i have said that about.

A “Must Stay” Location

This was the first time for many of us in Eagle Lake. The Lakefront Cottage was very well maintained and housed our entire group comfortably. Extremely clean. Everything needed was provided as stated. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

snowmobile annual trip

nice place for summer, no stairs from lower level to upper level, have to walk outside in below temps. to go to upper level ! driveway for large trailers is hard because of winter snow and ice. owners were great and helped to get us parking . clean ,warm ,and comfortable .

Exceptional rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake House. It was very clean, extremely well stocked. We had everything we needed. There were lots of thoughtful touches To entertain the kids (pool/ping pong/TVs) which was great in the rain. The only critique we had was that the property description didn’t make it clear that the upstairs and downstairs are not connected internally by a staircase. It worked fine for our group but may not for everyone.

First Snowmobile Trip to Maine

Everything with the property was as it was represented to be. The was AMAZING with communication. We never once had to “ask” for clarification on instructions etc. When we decided we would like to check out a day later this planned, we had the approval and supplied payment within 15 min. Completely impressed and would recommend this property to anyone who is considering booking a stay at this location.
