Swim, fish, or just relax from the private dock on the lake. Bring your boat or jet skis and launch them from the public boat ramp directly across the street. Venture into downtown Mineola or Canton for First Monday Trade Days for shopping, drinks, and dinner before returning to catch the moonrise, roast marshmallows, and stargaze.

This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath lake view cottage sleeps 11. The cottage has an outdoor living area on the expansive front deck overlooking the lake with multiple seating areas, a propane fire pit, and a grill. It also has a private dock on the lake that is accessible via a short footpath from the public boat ramp directly across the street. The cottage has a living room with a large, comfy sectional couch, a 65” smart TV with a Bluetooth sound bar that you can use to login to your streaming services and connect your devices, various card and board games, and countertop tables with stools for additional dining and game play space. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking, baking and eating needs. The master bedroom has a king bed and full en-suite bathroom. There is also a queen bedroom, a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a queen bed, a fourth bedroom with a twin daybed and twin trundle, and a 2nd full bathroom. Two beach chairs, two SUPs, and beach towels are provided, along with corn hole, washers, and badminton for outdoor fun. The cottage has a full circle driveway and parking pad for private parking, and there is a gravel lot across the street that can be used for overflow or boat parking, if necessary.

We are in a rural lake neighborhood that has a small public boat ramp directly across from the cottage, and a larger boat ramp with loading dock is one block over. The lake’s public beach, which is close to another large boat ramp and loading dock, is a 5 minute drive. We are a 10 minute drive to downtown Mineola, where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and a local theater that shows some new and older releases, as well as local productions. We are also about 20 minutes from Lake Fork, 30 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days, 45 minutes from Tyler, and 1.5 hours from Dallas.
