Welcome to Serenity by the Sea.

Relax and unwind at this waterfront beach home with private boat dock. Nested away on a quiet street but central to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and attractions. The house is recently remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, new furnishings, and more.

This spacious 3BR/2BA home located in Cocoa Beach on a quiet water canal. Remodeled in 2022 with new paint, new stainless steel appliances, and new furnishings. Large main bedroom offers a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers a queen size bed and third bedroom offers two twin size beds.

Relax indoor in our exceptionally large living/entertainment room overlooking the canal offers a bar, seating areas, large screen HDTV, pool table, and shuffleboard.

Watch the dolphins from the backyard, kayak on the canal, or bring our own boat/jet ski and dock at our private dock. Atlantic beach is only 7 minutes walk from the house.

Large driveway offers ample parking for 4 cars.

Such a great place! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, convenient location, host was very quick to respond to questions and kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out. Everything was fabulous, would definitely stay here again!

Unprecedented service from the host Kim! Was truly home away from home...well if your home was in sunny Florida, on a canal, and 5 minutes from the beautiful Atlantic Beach!!! Well appointed home, as described in the photos and the description!

Cocoa Beach Family Vacation

This property is very clean and in a great location. The beach is right down the street and many shops and stores are nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Kayaks to cruise the canal are a nice touch. We did have an issue upon arrival but it was handled in a timely manner by Kim. Pool table in the main living area was a gathering spot. The views of the canal are gorgeous. We were disappointed to see the shade tree in the listing photos is gone along with the outdoor seating. I'm an avid reader so I was looking forward to sitting outside under that tree. I simply read in the main living area inside but there should be some outdoor seating. More towels and washcloths would've been nice. Also the A/C unit near the TV is very loud and you're forced to increase the volume until the unit shuts off again. All in all my family enjoyed the stay and we would definitely book this place again.

Good location, clean house

Pros: The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. We had a minor issue upon arrival and the host responded to my message and it was resolved within an hour. It was a good location for visiting both the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando.(Universal was just over an hour drive). One of my kids even woke up at 4:40am and was able to watch a rocket launch from the house, which was a great treat. To walk to the ocean beach you need to cross a very busy road, but it was easy to drive and very, very close to the house. Minor cons: It is not a luxurious house- somewhat utilitarian- but again, it is as pictured advertised. The only ongoing issue we had was that the hot water and water pressure in the master en suite bathroom shower/ tub were not great, but we all just showered in the hall bathroom.

Great location but maintenance needed

First the location is great. Close to all the things you could want and access to the river is amazing. I just can’t give this a higher rating because the house did not meet our expectations at the rental price. Of the 5 kayaks only two were fully functional and all are very cheap. The back rests in the other kayaks were broken and there is not enough paddles. The “beach chairs” are really just old worn camping chairs. The pool table is inexpensive and therefore moves with the slightest touch and it not a flat surface. There is mold growing around the air conditioner and a lot of patch work on the walls and ceiling. There is also no bbq which I admit is not listed but would be nice to have. The back deck wood is old and splintered. Just the house is one of the more run down in the neighborhood. The inside was clean and had just the minimal amount of dishes and pans. We had to double up a lot when cooking. All to say for the price point of this rental and it being a million dollar home I had higher expectations. The owner did respond to my questions although sometimes delayed.

Cocoa Beach Summer Visit

The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The kitchen was laid out perfectly for gathering and visiting while we were preparing meals. The view of the canal was very relaxing. We used the Kayaks for several trips on the waterway. There is also a public beach just down the street. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great place will definitely return!!

We absolutely loved this house! The adults and children all had an amazing experience. The beach was within walking distance, kayaks were great for all to use, the boat dock was perfect for our boat and the house itself was perfect. Plenty of room for all. Will definitely return!
