Tip Top of the Rock is located at the highest point on Chateau Mountain, making it an ideal vacation spot for reconnecting with friends and spending quality time with family. As you enter the home, you'll instantly feel a luxurious and relaxed vacation vibe. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and additional seating at the counter. The large wooden dining table comfortably accommodates 18 people, making it the perfect place to gather for meals and share laughter. The living area is great for lounging while watching your favorite movie on the TV or enjoying coffee by the fire. The main level decks offer expansive views and plenty of seating options, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Ozarks!

The house also offers a game room full of arcade options for the kids to enjoy. The best part is the PRIVATE POOL! You and your family can enjoy complete privacy in the 4-foot-deep pool. The private pool is OPEN May 1st - October 1st. The pool is not heated.

Had a great weekend at this property. Plenty of room, comfortable and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location and easy to get anywhere. We had a slight issue (those things happen) but it was taken care of almost immediately. Great communication with the host. We would stay here again.

Our host was amazing!! Communicated very well and the property was absolutely wonderful, not to mention the stunning view! Its always hard to find accommodations for our large family group but we were completely comfortable here!

There were 20 family members that came together to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. It was spacious and worked well for our family. The pool was nice for the kids. The hot tub needed maintenance and once it was completed the family was able to enjoy it as well. The location was perfect. It was clean and communication with the property manager was on point.

Amazing home in Branson

The house was incredible. The kids loved the pool and arcade room. We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Will definitely be staying again.

Great Place to stay with family!

The property was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The property manager was very prompt with response to text and email. Also available by phone.

Amazing property

Had our annual golf trip and this was the absolute perfect place to stay. Close to golf courses, restaurants and the private pool was absolutely perfect during the hot days. The house was spacious and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect for a large family trip!

Such a great home with lots of space, everything you need, & modern furnishings and decor. We didn't have any troubles with anything & would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Family Fun in Branson

We stayed a week and had a great time; the bedroom set up was perfect for family/extended family. The location worked well with quick access to fishing, shopping, and other activities. The only suggestion that I have is to add at least 1 chair height toilet to 1 of the bathrooms to accommodate elderly folks.

Great family home. Plenty of room for all.

Jeff, the owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Wonderful views. Even though the temperature was in the high 90’s, the deck always had a breeze and was very comfortable.

Oh my goodness this was a fabulous place to stay and relax! We all loved it and had so much fun playing games at the long table. The younger ones loved the video games in the basement. It was an incredible trip!!
