Our place is a conveniently located on the first floor and there is plenty of free street parking directly in front. Our place is good for couples, families with kids and big groups. Walk to the store, park and coffee shop.

Terrific location

The hosts were very responsive. The property was neat and clean, off street parking was great. While not a luxury stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and a bargain at the price. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely look to see if this property is available the next time we are in St. Louis.

We stayed at this apartment for one week. It was a very clean, comfortable and nice place to stay. The check in and check out was very easy. I will come back in the future.

Excellent location

You can't beat the location. It's within 15 to 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do. It is an old building.The bunk beds are very comfortable, the beds in the other room are not as good but not terrible. One is super loud at the slightest movement. It would have been nice to have a tv in each bedroom but not a huge deal.

Pros: central location, decently maintained, generally very cleanCons: The floors of the closets were disgusting. Not enough silverware or bowls for 8 people, didn't have enough towels or bedding for 8 people (the property manager did have some brought by the next day, but it was largely too late), very bare bones amenities

False Advertisement for acceptance of children

I didn’t stay and the owner of the room wouldn’t allow me to bring my child even though it said children welcome on the application.

Perfect location.

We were in town for a friend's wedding. This place was a short 7 minute drive from their house. We were able to come and go very easily. The unit had plenty of amenities. It was very clean and the beds super comfortable. And the host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to extend our stay past our inital plans and he was very accommodating. This will definitely be our go-to when we are back in STL.

Nice location and plenty of room

I had a great time at this location. I made use of the kitchen to prepare a few meals with no issues. It was within walking distance of a grocery store and a park and the botanical garden which has EV chargers availabel for use. I was able to use the WiFi with no issues. The host was very responsive and helped to make my stay that much more comfortable. It took a minute to adjust the windows, thermostat, blinds, and water termperature of the faucets to my liking, but it was easy enough to figure out eventually. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great stay near tower grove park

Cool spot near TGP. Very walkable to surrounding area. Clean and tidy with a nice kitchen. Parking was great. Highly recommend.

Investment Property

The apartment is as described in the listing. It really has four queen size beds in two bedrooms, one of them has queen size bunkbeds squeezed into the room. It has the feel of an investment rather than somebody’s home. Multiple lightbulbs burnt out, rusted rack in dishwasher, lawn not mowed. The only amenity in kitchen was coffee, creamer, filter baskets. Nothing else. In other words, they have supplied the bare minimum. It does not feel like anyone ever lives here, the listing is run by a company that has a way of communicating with you like you are a misbehaving child or a criminal. Lots of stern warnings in the check-in instructions and even sign in the bathroom warning you of strict fines if you do something wrong or if you check out even five minutes late or if you happen to park in the wrong spot. To book this place, you need to upload your passport picture and fill out multiple forms. In other words, it does not have the feel of staying in someone’s home who welcomes and trusts you. That being said, the apartment is pleasant and clean, and there’s a ton of sleeping options.

Great place in Tower Grove

Overall, a great place to stay in the Tower Grove area of St. Louis - a lovely historic apartment near Tower Grove Park, Botanical Garden, great restaurants and shops. A few things would make the unit better: mattresses without squeaks, minor repairs and cleaning, hangers in the hall closet. Air conditioning was wonderful and we appreciated the private parking in back.

Great place to stay

Very nice place to stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting St Louis - most everything is close by. Across the street is Tower Grove Park - lots to do their. Try to go to Friday Food Trucks if you can. That was fun. The duplex was clean and quiet and very. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was a classic St. Louis style apartment in a very classic St. Louis neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean, and we really appreciated the coffee. Walking distance from Tower grove park and tower grove restaurants and shops.

Was on a family medical visit from Oklahoma. And this was my first time staying at a BNB. Had always book hotel rooms. Had many family members and children. Close to hospital. Very clean unit. Excellent grocery store at end of block. Unit fully stocked. I found myself over packed. Easy to cook meals for family with supplies available. When I had questions due to my lack of knowledge. One phone call answered all questions. If another visit is necessary. I will be looking for this unit again.

Easy going hideaway

The property manager was very helpful, quick responses when questioned with anything...very peaceful neighborhood and building....parking was a little crowded but everything Else was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone on a quick trip getaway or needing peace and quiet
