No matter how you like to spend your time in Siesta Key, this fabulous three-bedroom, two bath cottage has everything you need. This house is perfectly located a 5 minute walk from public beach access #10 close to the quartz-crystal white sands of the world-famous Siesta Key beach. Voted #1 beach in the US. Plus, 10 min walk away, is the charming Siesta Key Village with numerous boutiques and restaurants. This property is coveiniently located on Palm Island, a heart sharped island neighborhood, accessed by a small bridge surrounded by boating water, leading directly to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Designed for entertaining, upon entering the home you have an immediate view of the private lanai and screened in pool area through the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This home offers cool colors and beach decor with tile floors thorughout, quartz coutertops, abundant cabinets, and stainless steel applainces. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the family room featuring a large flat screen TV with streaming services and speedy wifi. The family room overlooks the screened-in lanai and pool area with paver deck and plenty of space for relaxing in the sun on the 2 chaise lounges or comfy XL couch. Around the side of the house is the pergola covered grilling area with fan to keep cool and 4 person dining space surrounded by tropical flowering plants. The master bedroom has direct private access to the pool deck and shares a closet and bath with one guest bedroom, perfect if traveling with small children. (Pack & play and/or high chair offered for additional flat fee if needed). On the east side of the house is the third bedroom with its own private bathroom. You won't need to bring beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas as this home comes with all the amenties you need to enjoy the beach. Beach games and board games are also provided. Other amenties provided: hairdryers (2), shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soap, towels, Keurig coffee maker, bed linens, bathtub and 2 showers.

4th of July Trip

Had a great experience at this home during our 4th of July trip. Home was very clean, exactly as described, short walk to the beach and restaurant/bar area. Owners were very friendly, receptive, and quick to answer any questions. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing location and beautiful home

We loved staying at this pool home. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Village. The owners had great communication and were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay near siesta key beach .this is about a 15 min walk to the siesta key village or short car or golf cart ride about 5-10 mins to the beach .Property was clean and comfortable,newly renovated and looks like the images in the description .host was responsive and we enjoyed our stay in siesta key !!

Cozy beach house indeed

We had a nice time in Siesta Key largely due to this house we stayed in. The pool was perfect to enjoy! We’d stay here again! The beach was a short walk and the trolley helped us get around on the island. Loved it!!

Spring Break

We enjoyed a wonderful stay over the Spring Break week. The house affords a quiet and extremely comfortable stay away from some of the crowd but certainly close enough to walk anywhere without issue. I would highly recommend this property to couples or families alike for its accommodations, location and terrific pool!

Perfect family vacation spot

We loved our time at this home! Palm island was so relaxing and low key with a great beach access point that wasn’t too crowded. We loved spending the morning at the beach and playing in the pool after lunch. Great communication with the owner who was quick to respond to any small questions. Highly recommend this home.

Great place in Siesta!

The house is located in a quiet, family feel area. Clean and well decorated to feel like you're on a beach getaway. Lots of space and amenities for the family to enjoy including a great pool, games, and beach gear. Host was very responsive to all questions. Overall had a great time!

Just right!

This property was renovated a few years ago and it looks great! It was clean and taken care of. It is located very close to the main town area and to Siesta Key beach, which has the most beautiful sand I’ve ever seen! Don’t hesitate to book!

Fabulous location on Siesta Key

The house was wonderful and the pool was fun but the best part of this house is it’s convenient location. We walked for coffee every morning before it got hot. The beach is even closer and we loved that the access was to a quieter section of Siesta Beach. Would recommend this rental absolutely!

The property was very clean when we arrived. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Beach Access 10, which we preferred, because it was in a less crowded area. It was a great fit for our family of 5.

Excellent Rental!

This is a great rental, clean and modern with everything you need. Pool was awesome and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Town was a little bit further away but walkable (less than a mile) and super easy if you rent bikes. Owner quickly responded to any questions and provided detailed info. Highly recommend! We had a great vacation.

Lovely house, perfect pool

This property is just as listed. It was a very comfortable space - the kitchen and living room space are open and enjoyable to spend time in and the bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was perfect! It was chilly some of the days during our stay but the warmth of the pool meant that it was always possible to swim and felt great! The location is wonderful and a very short walk to the beach or a just bit longer to town.

Great spot for family of 4!

The location of this home was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Slightly off the main road in a super cute neighborhood. Pool was lovely. House was clean and well done. Kitchen could use a few more amenities and I would pack my own beach towels …. But the home was great. Highly recommend.
