Acogedor y recientemente renovado un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y sala de estar, con 2 baños completos (1 cama King + 1 Queen + 1 cama Queen en la habitación adicional) 1,200 pies cuadrados. suite en planta baja con dos patios privados.
Todos los apartamentos han sido repintados y actualizados 2017/2018.
Todos nuestros apartamentos están completamente amueblados y equipados, incluyendo lavadoras, secadoras, lavavajillas, microondas y 2 televisores de pantalla plana.
Nuestro mini resort Gumbo Limbo Vacation Rentals ofrece 2 dúplex grandes y una piscina de cascada negra con salones y una área de barbacoa.

Wi-Fi gratis.

We were surprised to learn that the home did not offer any beach towels, we had flown to this destination so it was not something that was easy to travel with. We also needed to buy shampoo/conditioner, soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods.The most disappointing part of our stay was this is a bottom floor unit and the guests staying upstairs kept us awake all night. I don't think they were having a crazy party, but when they got up in the middle of the night the floors creaked so loudly and you could hear their bed creak when they rolled over. It was terrible.On our last night, we did not sleep at all. I had a screenshot from VRBO showing a check out time of 11 am, but we were told we needed to leave at 10 am. We asked for an extension to 1 pm, since we did not sleep. They said we needed to leave as they had new guests arriving that day; however, when I looked on VRBO our unit was open for the next 2 days - sad that they would lie and not try to accommodate us.The location is the best part about this unit. Inside the bathroom flooring needs to be retiled, hooks for hanging towels should be added, a hanging rack for the den with the bed, and adding some expected amenities would have made us feel more welcomed.

Im rating this property fair to make sure potential renters take the complaints of the noise from the upstairs apartment seriously. The property would get 5 star's for location, very convenient to the beach. The apartment was clean, well apointed with everything you need in a small kitchen, with the exception of refrigerator is very tiny. The living space appears larger in the pictures. We were 4 adults and 1 child a little tight.Note to the owner the bathrooms need towel racks or hooks to hang towels, the showers need a shelf or caddies, no place to put anything we used the window sill in the little bath. It would help to have tvs in all the bedrooms, to help drown out the noises from upstairs.

Perfect stay!

What a charming townhome! Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable! Aside from the townhome being amazing, the location is top notch!! Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! The locals are all very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10

Beach Access at its Best

Came for a wedding weekend - quick in and out and couldn’t have asked for a better location with such close proximity to the beach. We were very impressed the property was in great condition given the two hurricanes that came through this season. We also enjoyed the downtown area and would love to go back for a longer stay.

Siesta Key Get Away

This was the second property we’ve rented at Gumbo Limbo and we’d definitely rent again. The property is excellent and the proximity to the beach and village is awesome!! Trolley even stops at the intersection! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

Fantastic week. Beach was beautiful no red tide this time, ocean was beautiful clear and warm for this time of year. The condo was exactly as described it was perfect for our needs. We chose this condo for location we knew it was an easy walk across the road to the beach and casual 15-20 minute walk from the condo to all the eating and entertainment. In the evenings very nice communal pool to round off the evening if so desired. I would highly recommend this condo if sharing with two couples and has the option of third bed if needed. The only negative I have is the one bathroom is very compact particularly the commode being so close to the wall on the window side made it very challenging for anyone to sit on the toilet seat.

Loved this VRBO! Virginia's GUMBO LIMBO area is in an A+ spot on Siesta key and our "Island Suite" was to the 9s. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Short but great stay!

The condo was very clean and spacious. Easy walk to a beautiful beach which despite being public felt private. The weather didn’t cooperate a couple of days but the kids loved swimming in the heated pool. You can walk to the Siesta Key village in about 15 minutes or take one of the trolleys. We loved the convenience of the trolleys which pick you up 100 feet from the condo. The owner is very responsive to communications as well.

Wonderful little apartment in the best location!

Amazing location, accurate listing, easy communication, ample parking, decent space size for our group, great communal backyard space, and right across from the beach. Just wish there were a few more basic household items to last our stay, otherwise no complaints.

Ladies trip

Room and property was very nice, clean and only 1 block from the beach. Good beds, good air condition, close to town with restaurants and shops. Free Siesta key trolley stop right outside our building. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice perk included with our stay. Property manager was very nice and receptive, always responding quickly to any questions. The only complaint we had was thin walls and the upstairs guests keeping it very loud for most of the nights we were there, hard to sleep with the stomping and loud conversation. Not sure if that is something you can change though. Check out time could be a little later… Overall had a great stay! 🤗

Central location … little oasis

We really enjoyed our stay at gumbo limbo! It was very clean, and tropical. The location was great centrally located , just steps to the beach and 0.5 miles or so from downtown!

Perfect Beach Get-Away

The condo was exactly as pictured and advertised. Beautiful sugar sand beach so close and a 10-15 minute stroll to numerous casual restaurants. Light and bright spacious condo. Nice patio/pool area with room to sit and read and enjoy.

Island Suite

Very clean and comfortable property. Just a half block walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas for time on the beach. Beautiful pool area to relax in. Close proximity to the fun downtown area. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful & Close to the Beach!

Beautiful home & perfect for our quick stay in Siesta Key! Right across the street from the beach and LOVED all of the beach items that were available (chairs, umbrellas, sand blankets). The pool is amazing and our kids loved swimming in it (even when it got a little chilly!) Loved some of the "stocked" items in the kitchen and made cooking a lot easier! Was very excited about the milk frother -- but unfortunately the batteries were dead - HA! Unfortunately the temperature dipped quite a bit while we were there so we did not get to enjoy the beach and pool as much as we had hoped, but loved the area -- check in was incredibly easy and we had a great time!
