Steps to Beach - Dog Friendly - 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Townhome

A favorite for a small family or romantic getaway, relax and unwind at The Breezeway Shores, your home away from home! We may not be oceanfront, but it feels pretty darn close!

This townhouse is one of the most desirable locations on the island. Enjoy casual dining or local gift shops within walking distance to town. Visit The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center to learn how to protect our endangered/threatened sea turtles.

Walk out the doorstep, through a private access ocean view breezeway. In less than 100 steps, you are on the beach watching the crisp blue waves hit the shore. Enjoy shark teeth hunting in one of the most well-known shark tooth islands along the East Coast.

The main floor is where you will find both bedrooms and primary full bathroom:
→Master Bedroom: King bed, closet, dresser with mirror, smartTV, bedsheets & quilt provided
→Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, twin bunk beds, closet, dresser, TV with Firestick, bedsheets & quilt provided
→Bathroom: Toilet, bathtub, 6 sets bath towels provided. Other shower essentials NOT provided.

Walk up the stairs, where you will find the half bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. With a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, you would be fortunate to watch the dolphins right from the balcony on some mornings!

→Kitchen: microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, drip coffee, Keurig (coffee NOT provided), blender, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, utensils
→Dining area: seats 6 people
→Living room: reclining couch, smartTV, books, games
→Balcony: outdoor chairs with view of ocean between 2 beach houses

This home is pet friendly and we have an assortment of pet food bowls as well as a 42” collapsible crate for our 4 legged guests, who prefer to have the privacy of their own space.

Linens provided (bed sheets, blanket, towels).
Bathroom and beach essentials NOT provided.

Hurricane season runs from June 1st -November 30 in North Carolina, with most activity in September and October. Travel insurance is highly recommended during these months.

Surfers Delight

As a surfer, proximity to the ocean is key. It is literally just a few steps from the unit. Condo is well stocked and very comfortable. Covered parking. We will be back!

We enjoyed our recent stay at The Breezeway Shores. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. We particularly appreciated the 1pm check in time and the close proximity of the beach access. The host was very responsive to questions.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to cook with, the beds and couches are comfy. Any concerns were addressed quickly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Experience

Our family loved staying here. We love that the townhome is right at the beach and we don’t have to cross a road with small children to get to the sand. All rooms have tvs with WiFi connection. The kids loved that. Will stay here again.

Much needed time away!

The location was perfect for our needs! The ocean and dolphins were visual from the front room. The front porch has an even better view. Ted was responsive and extremely accommodating. We would stay again.

Fantastic Surf City Trip

We had a great time here. The excellent beach access was only about 50 steps from the front door, and the check-in process was so easy. Ted was always quick to respond to questions and was so accommodating. The home was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We highly recommend staying at this neat home!

Welcome to The Breezeway Shores! My husband, Carlos, and I have been married since 2019 (dated since 2013). We are originally from Kansas, but have been living in North Carolina since 2017. Carlos owns a concrete contracting construction company. I am a night nurse in High Risk Postpartum (post-delivery nurse). We have a very energetic son named Alexander. He always keeps us on our toes! In our free time, you will catch us at the beach, our absolute favorite place to be.

Ever since we moved to the east coast, we were always trying to find time to go to the beach. Out of all the beaches we go to, this area has been our go-to spot. We love the beautiful view of the ocean. There's nothing like crossing the bridge into Surf City and feeling the beachtown vibes!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It has always been our dream to one day own a beach house. When we found this property, we immediately fell in love with it! It may not be the definition of a beach front, but it is pretty darn close! We love that you don't have to cross a busy intersection to get to the beach. The beach house has its own private access to the beach. The convenience of the location allows you to set up your personal spot on the beach and be able to go back into the townhome to grab a bite to eat. This townhome has a deck, which gives you a great view of the ocean. Listening to the ocean has such calming effects. This is a great location that is within walking distance to many restaurants in Surf City.
