Two-story beach home located right in the heart of surf city! This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10! Enjoy the beautiful beach with access just steps away. On your way back from the beach, shower off at our outdoor shower before coming in to enjoy a drink on one of the four decks. Restaurants, coffee shops, and beach stores just a short 5 minute walk away from the house. Perfect for families and groups!

My wedding party and I stayed here for my bachelor trip and the house and location were perfect! 30 second walk to the beach and located right by the roundabout at the bridge which is walking distance to 90% of what surf city has to offer!

Wonderful Location!

My family and I stayed here for a reunion and we couldn’t be more pleased! This house has an absolutely wonderful location and the house is just as advertised! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Surf City Stay

We all really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, right at a beach access, and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room and a good layout.

The location was fantastic, especially for access to beach, shops and restaurants. Walk to just about everything in Surf City! Very spacious and the owners were very responsive to some basic questions. Linen ordering was easy.

My family had a wonderful time here. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There’s no need to drive anywhere, just park at the house and enjoy the salty sea air!

Great location, fun stay

The house is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and numerous restaurants/shops. I stayed by myself, but would be perfect for a family/group trip. Hosts were helpful and communicative.

Sweet 16!

We rented this house to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We had the best time!! This house was very clean and perfect location. Having 4 young adults ranging from 16-20 years old, it was great that they could safely walk to almost anything. We are ready to book our next stay here.

We enjoyed several fall days at this comfortable property. Appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The house had plenty of room. We enjoyed sunsets on the front porch.

Great location beach house

This house is super close to both the beach and a number of local shops and restaurants (good bagel shops, donuts, coffee, dinner) and activities like the local aquarium. You won't need a car to explore a lot, which is great. The house is clean, well cared for and spacious for a family (or 2). Would stay again

Perfect beach getaway spot

We loved our time staying here & only wish we’d had more time to spend there. The communication with the owner was fast & helpful. The home was easy to access, as described in the listing, clean & comfortable. Getting to the beach was easy - we loved the quick walk to the pier. Definitely give Topsail Steamer a try if you like seafood (it’s a 1 min walk!).

Great location, but......

Best location we have had on our visits to Surf City. Close to restaurants and stores and most importantly, beach access. Plenty of room for spreading out during stay. House had lots maintenance issues which owner said they would fix on off season but some should have been fixed already in my opinion.

So sorry you found maintenance issues. We have officially closed for a bit and are working on everything that our back to back busy season did not allow for. What you had shared with me should not have impacted your stay and if they did I wish I knew because I would have sent my handy man to fix anything needed. I am glad you were still able to enjoy the space and the surrounding area!

Cute house - great communication

The pics were accurate, and the owner sent a helpful pdf doc with more detail. The owners were very responsive to questions. The mattresses were a bit firmer than we're used to but in good condition. My only recommendation would be to bring extra blankets - there was only 1 in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was walking distance to several restaurants.

Amazing Location

The location of this house is amazing! We walked to restaurants, ice cream, surf shops, breakfast. The beach access is very close making for easy trips to the beach. The house was clean and the owner very responsive. My only complaint is the blinds being broken and the extreme amount of morning light in the king bedroom. Perfect for the early bird I guess. We could not find a wine opener and had to get creative. Overall a great property!

Location makes it

The proximity to the beach and food spots/grocery store makes this property a real winner. Once we got there, we didn’t need to get into our car once. Grocery store a block away has essentials and beer/wine. Bagel/donut shop across the street was bomb and topsail steamer for a low county boil was amazing. The host was responsive and friendly. Only cons would be the double bed rooms for adults are just way too small, and some maintenance things around the house. The cleaning job on the floors wasn’t great but the pros definitely outweighs any cons to the house.

Good find, close to the beach

This house is a good find: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host is very easy to communicate with and was always quick with replies. The house is pretty spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor and one bedroom with a full bath on the 2nd floor. We found the house to be clean and tidy. As a heads up: we didn't have an issue as we only had 5 people in our party, but if you are visiting with more than 5 people, you'll need to consider seating at the dining table as there are only 5 dining chairs. However, there is a counter/bar (with bar height chairs) in the kitchen as well that could be used. Access to beach is very close and easy to get to. I can recommend Shaka Taco for good food, Surf City Coffee for coffee (also has GF treats), and Sea Blue Coffee & Ice Cream for great ice cream!

Great family getaway

Host was very responsive to our questions prior to checkin. The house was great! Perfect family getaway. Everything was as described. Location was great, walkable to stores and restaurants, and beach access was so easy. Beautiful sunsets from the front porches. Our sons loved the hot outdoor shower after their chilly surfing sessions. My sister mentioned a couple times how relaxing it was to stay here. We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving and it was great for entertaining. We brought a small folding table and placed it next to the dining room table, which allowed enough room for everyone to sit at one combined table. Only thing that would have been better is if there had been sufficient flatware and plates at the house for the number of people the house can accommodate. We brought paper plates and plastic utensils and had to use them for every meal. Not a deal breaker, but a suggestion to help avoid so much disposable waste. Thank you to our Surf City hosts! We would definitely rent from you again.

Extra Dog Friendly

Our stay here was amazing! We loved the house with all the porches and it’s right at a beach access! The location of this spot is killer. You’re a very short walk from the main area of surf city with all the restaurants, stores, and bars so you really never need to drive anywhere or have to find parking while you’re out and about. We loved it here and our dog did too! A pet friendly option for large dogs isn’t always the easiest to find and there was even a gate that we were able to put up and use to keep our dog upstairs. Our host, Christina, was wonderful and easy to communicate with and very helpful with our questions about our stay as well as a couple of extra accommodations we needed such as an earlier check in and later check out. Would and will absolutely stay here again!
