Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach block two story in heart of Brigantine. 2 min walk to beautiful Brigantine Beaches, centrally located (south end) to downtown shops and restaurants. Wawa right around corner for morning coffee runs. Nectar premium King sized bed in master as well as attached master bath with shower. Full-over-full bunk beds with pullout twin trundle in second br. Upstairs washer and dryer. Large open floor plan living area with dining area, seats 6 at dining table and three breakfast bar stools. Kitchen stocked with all needed amenities. Large brand new flat screen smart TV downstairs and in upstair bedrooms. WIFI and internet provided. Private fenced-in backyard with outdoor dining set, Weber propane grill, beach cruisers, outdoor shower, yard games, etc. Large, private covered front porch and upper deck with peek-a-boo view of ocean. Beach chairs and beach badges provided. Linens and towels are not provided but can be delivered through Brigantine Linen Service. Come stay with us and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer!

We absolutely loved our stay! The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything a breeze. The home was spotless, beautifully kept, and everything worked exactly as it should. It was also thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials; from kitchen items to household basics, which made our stay extra comfortable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location

The house is gorgeous and stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed the location as well. It is so close to the beach and so many stores. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Chillin’ quietly at the Jersey Shore

A lovely long weekend by the beach in a lovely home. Great location walking distance to beach, morning coffee, and restaurants. And easy drive to AC for nice dining and other stuff for those who like it.

End of Summer Trip to the Beach

A beautiful property just a short walk from the beach. The owner is friendly and helpful and the house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our trip to the beach and would definitely consider returning next summer.

Beautiful property one block from beach

Beautiful beach house out of pottery barn with up to date appliances and decor. This was expectations and a builder of memories. Can’t wait to go back

Last minute getaway

Lovely townhome with all necessary amenities provided for their guests. Comfortable living space, no issues checking in/out and their communication was immediate regarding any questions we had on our end.

Amazing!!

We went to Brigantine on a Saturday and after checking into our place, quickly realized it was not going to work out (leaking ceiling, dirty, etc.) So I hopped on VRBO and found this lovely place. Susan was so wonderful in getting her place ready in 1 day for my family. We checked in the next day. The house was so clean. We had absolutely everything we needed (kitchen stuff, beach chairs/toys, toys for kids, etc). The place is very spacious which was wonderful for our family of 5. Super close to the beach, Wawa, restaurants, etc. I'm forever grateful for Susan helping us out when we were in a bind and for allowing us to stay at her wonderful home! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great Spot in Brigantine

This was a great house for our family. Very comfortable living room, dining room that seats 6, a well stocked kitchen, powder room on the first floor, front porch with seating for 4, and a nice backyard with a table for 4. One bedroom was en suite with a king sized bed and the other bedroom has two full sized bunkbeds---large enough for our adult son and adult nephew. There is another bathroom on the second floor with a bathtub. The house was very clean when we arrived. Susan was easy to reach by email, pleasant to deal with and check in is very easy. The beach is a block and a half away just over Brigantine Blvd and the bay just a few blocks the other way...great for watching sunsets! There are many restaurants and shops within a few blocks walk and a Wawa just a block away. Great house for a family or a few couples.
