Welcome to Willow Bay! This 2 bedroom apartment in this 1914 New England charming 3 family house is located on a tree lined historical residential neighborhood close to parks, beaches, many tourist attractions, Salem University and downtown. You will find locals walking their pups, riding biking, and many other outdoor activities.
This 2 bedroom apartment is on the first floor of this 1914 three family home (triplex) with lots of character and charm. It is a cozy space with a large comfy sectional couch and smart roku tv where you can login into your amazon prime/netflix/hulu/etc (no cable) accounts. The kitchen is equipped with your essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, a dual coffee maker etc. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious memory foam king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an additional twin bed for extra accommodation. The street is wide with ample free street parking. Washer/Dryer available in the basement. The apartment is ~1,200 sq/ft.
Getting around. Below are estimates.
-- Porcellos Law office Salem, MA is a good reference point you can use to determine all distances to the places you would like to visit. It is not directly on the street but it is very close by. (~400 ft)
- Hocus Pocus House: 0.3 Miles
- Witch House: 1.2 miles
- Logan airport: 14 miles
- Salem Station: 1.1 miles
- Downtown Salem: .7 miles
- Crosby's Marketplace .2 miles
- Ferry: Salem has a ferry point that goes to Boston. Search Salem Ferry Salem, MA for any details.

We can typically allow earlier check-ins on a case-by-case basis and is first come first serve. Just let us know when you intend to arrive, and we can let you know what's possible! Please know that things can happen that may affect the earlier check-in time which may result in checking in via the normal time of 4pm. We do our best!
The apartment is on the first floor. As this is a 1914 multi-apartment home, you may hear foot steps as normal in NE/Salem homes this age.
The house accommodates a maximum of 5 guests only.
Ring doorbell camera.
Washer/Dryer are in the unfinished basement. It is not in the unit.
Personal toiletries such as shampoo, condition, body or face products etc are not provided. Starter supply of other essential items only.
There currently isn't any outdoor space offered with the apartment.
Fireplace is not operable.
There is ample free street parking available. However, in the event of severe snow, the city may enact snow parking bans—this happened twice last year. If a ban is in effect, the host can help coordinate a shared driveway parking arrangement for building guests if needed. Please note that snow removal service scheduling is beyond the host’s control, so we appreciate your patience during winter weather.

I know the below can seem like a lot, but I am not that host. I leave my guests alone to enjoy. We just expect guests to return and respect the property in the condition that was delivered to guests. Thank you for understanding!
**Please do not violate any rules. Any violations will result in the immediate removal from the property and fines**
>> General Rules:
- We have a strict no party policy. We have quiet down hours starting at 10 pm. Party fine: 500. This is out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
- No smoking anywhere IN or ON property. Smoking fine: 500. This is out of respect of the property and other guests/tenants in the building.
- Staying beyond check-out time (10:00 am) w/o prior approval fine: 150/hr. This is out of respect for our cleaners and their schedule and time.
- Guests beyond 5 not recorded in booking or approved by host fine: 300. Only 5 guests are accommodated.
- Pets allowed w/ pet fee and must be included on the reservation. Must be House trained. Unauthorized pets/animals brought on property fine $300.
>> Checkout item:
- If possible and time permits, please load dishwasher and run. No need to wait for it to finish.
>> Additional info/rules/:
- Surveillance cameras are placed on the exterior of the house only. (Ring doorbell)
- Please don't accumulate trash bags inside and/or around the home. If you use more than 1 trash bag, please put that full trash bag/s in the black bins (1 or 3) to the left of the house. Leaving trash bags out of the trash cans exposes the home to bugs, smells etc.
- Restocking of items is currently not available throughout the stay. A good starter kit is supplied.
- There is ample free street parking available. However, in the event of severe snow, the city may enact snow parking bans—this happened twice last year. If a ban is in effect, the host can help coordinate a shared driveway parking arrangement for building guests if needed. - For stays 7 nights or longer, trash will need to be taken out/in and left on the curbside (Bins are marked with your units number on them) on Thursday nights (Trash pick-ups are early morning on Friday). The schedule is on the side of the refrigerator.
