Great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at Hayder’s place. Everything was just as pictured and very clean. We loved being right on the beach. It was so relaxing eating lunch on the balcony and watching the ocean. Hayder was great with communication anytime we messaged him. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great place

It was a nice place great view an but had problems with fride no ice maker an problems with dish washer other than that we had fun an enjoyed the beach.probly would stay again

Great family retreat.

Overall, was a great place to stay. Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and cleaning chemicals could be provided. Other than that was a wonderful place to spend the week!

Great apartment- great view

Couldn’t ask for a better stay with the exception of the temperature. Loved the view of the beach and the sound of the waves.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO & BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beachside condo! The Condo is just as it is described and pictured! The view from the balcony was fantastic, with beautiful views of the sunrise! Facility is very clean and well maintained. We forgot to get beach towels, and were so pleased to find a well stocked bathroom cabinet with several! Don't forget dinner (or lunch) on the pier restaurant, Crabby Joe's! We would love to come and stay here again!

Memorable Beach Trip

There is nothing like a vacation on the beach with an ocean-facing view. Hayder was an excellent host and communicator. The amenities were great: gym, pool and ramp to enter the beach. The on-site staff was cordial and kept the building clean. The elevators were fast so we didn’t have to wait long. We ordered most of our groceries via delivery services and it was seamless experience for all. One minor concern was the smell of the unit but it seems like that goes hand in hand with a place close to the ocean or perhaps needed a fresh air filter. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended this place to friends and family.

Beautiful view if you could see it

The condo was situated nicely in a quiet area (at least in August) on the beach. The furnishings were as expected with faux leather couch, antiqued coffee table and large TV. The unfortunate thing is the sliding glass window; the windows are double paned and the seals are broken so there is no way to clean the condensation and the salt which has obscured the beautiful view. You also could not enjoy the balcony because the door handle was broken off on the outside door. If you go out you can’t close the door behind you, and not closing the door in Florida in August is not an option. The kitchen was nicely laid out, but most of the cups and plates were plastic. They did have glass ware for four. The mattresses were very worn with two human sized dimples on either side of the king sized mattress. This could probably be fixed with a simple mattress topper. The condo did have beach chairs, but two of the four chairs were broken and all the chairs were very worn. They did not provide a cooler. I let the owner know about all of the broken items and his reply was “thanks for the update” I don’t believe I’m the first person to update him on his situation, because the condo is equipped with sensors that shut off the a/c if a door is open… makes me think someone was unable to close the balcony before my visit. The bathrooms are a little dated and the shower curtain has mold. In conclusion, this is a nice condo, and for under $1000 it could be great.
