This perfect house is just minutes from a public beach access. Walk to a variety of shops and restaurants while enjoying all the comforts of home.
We are located within minutes of a number of great hospitals, most notably John Hopkins.
As we know, work is a priority but let's not forget all the things to do only minutes from your door; Beach!! ahh let's get our feet wet or maybe just go for a Swim in our community Olympic sized pool that is just down the block and set along side a waterfront park.
Put downtown on your radar, just a 10 mile drive puts you in the heart of our bustling downtown, steps to redesigned St Pete Pier. Enjoy Sunken Gardens, our Dali Museum or kick back and watch the Rays at Tropicana Field!
