Let your beach life begin as you enter this well appointed and renovated condo on St. Croix's East end. Everything in this villa has been chosen specifically to bring the island life vibe indoors- from the local St. Croix artwork to the beachy decor. Located on the Reef Golf Course. This is a quiet complex with a large pool with incredible Caribbean Sea and Buck Island views. Beach chairs, umbrella and various other items await for your relaxing days at the beach. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This villa has everything you need to spend your vacation relaxing by the beach, reading a book out on the patio, or enjoying the activities available on the property!

While we love our 4-legged friends, our HOA doesn't allow pets on property for short term guests. Please do not bring your pets with you on vacation.

Lovely place to stay

Bubble Island was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting St Croix. Loved the beautiful view, bright indoor decor, comfortable bed, and getting out and about during the day and enjoying all the fun things there are to do in St Croix. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

From the moment you walk in the door, you are all smiles and just happy. The place is beyond quaint and inviting. The host has thought of it all, anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable, it’s here in this house! From how clean it was, to how everything has been updated, to how extremely organized it all was. You will not be disappointed in any way, by staying here. The host Barbara was in contact and replied back very quickly to any questions or concerns. Directions and instructions were extremely thorough with the house and getting to know the island, which made it so easy as our first time in St. Croix.There are two types of travelers; those that want to stay at a resort and not leave or like us—rent a Vrbo, rent a vehicle, travel the island, hit a different beach every day, do excursions, dive and snorkel, eat at different restaurants every night, sunrise at Udall Point, sunset at Sprat Nature Preserve, etc. If you are like us, this is a fantastic place to stay and is absolutely perfect. I could write pages on the place and the host, but in the end, we loved this house and can’t wait to go back.

So relaxing!

We loved staying at this property. The place was just as it looked like and it was completely relaxing. Definitely go to the pool even if for 30 minutes. The view is gorgeous. The most well-stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Thank you for making my girlfriend’s birthday so wonderful!

Clean, convenient, cozy. Everything we needed!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is cozy and has everything you could want packed into a tidy space. We were able to make use of the kitchen for some basic cooking needs, enjoyed the water view from the patio area, and made use of the pickle ball courts! Close location to Christiansted with multiple nearby beaches. Also only a short drive to Point udall for sunrise :) Hosts were super communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and would highly highly recommend!!

The best VRBO I've ever stayed in

The unit was very well stocked with all the supplies we needed, and the kitchen equipment was in the best condition I've ever experienced in a rental. This is a great location if you're looking for a peaceful visit in a safe location, and the residents in the complex were all very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The decor was beautiful and as we read in the guest book, was all procured from local artists. We enjoyed the lovely view from the patio every morning and evening. The information book was very well put together and came in handy several times during our stay.

Property was very clean, in excellent condition with quality finishes. Appreciated that supplies such as detergent and paper products, as well as other extras, were provided. Air conditioning worked very well. Communication before, during, and after stay was excellent. The Reef pool is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Our first stay at The Reef

We’ve been to STX about 20 times since 2003 so obviously love the island. This was our first stay at The Reef and would give it a 10/10 review. Rebecca could not have been more on top of things from start to finish. Beautiful grounds, beautiful view and lovely pool and surrounding area. The condo itself could not have been better! Decor was very warm and inviting and everything you could possibly need was supplied. If you’re looking for an East End stay can’t recommend Rebecca & Jason’s condo any higher!!

Peace and quiet.

The pictures and description were perfectly accurate. The unit is absolutely adorable and extremely clean. The east side of the island is so quiet and serene. There is a constant breeze blowing up the little valley where the unit sits. My husband and I loved sitting on the patio out back. The owners provided a welcome bag with a bunch of goodies which was very generous. We will definitely be back. Keep left! ;)

We loved it there! Check in and out was easy. We never cooked there so I can’t say anything about the stove all other things like coffee maker, laundry room and fridge was great. The only thing was a little difficult was the high bed to climb in and out of, well or we are not used to it! We rented a Jeep so we were able to go anywhere on the island. We had an awesome time! The lady next door was also very friendly and sweet which always is a plus! We enjoyed and loved every minute in the bungalow and St. Croix Island. Great condo with amazing views in perfect location!

My husband and I stayed here in June 2023 while exploring the island and loved this 2-story 1-bedroom condo. It is nicely decorated as shown in the owner’s pictures, the bed was very comfy and even included a little footstool to help short people like me get in & out of it. It has great ocean views and there’s a fabulous restaurant just across the street from the area. It’s nicely located on island about halfway between Christiansted and the east end. There are several great beaches and other restaurants nearby and the owner and on island host were both amazing at communicating and ensuring the condo was setup with everything you might need during your stay. They even reached out about potential storms that luckily missed the island and there was a welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. I loved that the condo has a washer/dryer in the unit that didn’t cost money (like some others that just have them somewhere on the property). This allowed us to pack less and wash items during our trip. We also utilized the kitchen to grab groceries and enjoy leftovers when we ate out. The patio area was pretty secluded and had loungers and a table and chairs which was nice for laying out to get some sun or eating outdoors. We didn’t utilize the pool on the property or visit the golf course. I’d definitely recommend staying here or at this owner’s other property. I’m sure we’ll stay here again when we’re back in STX!

Amazing place!

Beautifully decorated! This place has everything you need - from extra towels, beach chairs and a cooler for your adventures. Quiet location on the East end- close to Cramer park, Shoy and Isaac’s bay - took the hike and snorkeled at Isaac’s- was amazing (saw rays, and the live coral was something you don’t find elsewhere). We ventured to a different beach each day from East to west- was an amazing stay. The property manager Jeff was helpful & personable. Would highly recommend it!

It's laid back, island vibes, friendly people, and gorgeous natural beauty are what made our decision easy to make this our second home and someday our retirement home. We can't wait to share our adventures with you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Reef Condos are located on the Reef Golf Course and were built to take advantage of the regular trade winds that frequent the island. The pool & villa have fantastic views of the Caribbean Sea & Buck Island. On a clear day you can see neighboring islands of St. Thomas, St. John and Tortola.

Beach chairs, beach towels & an umbrella are included for you to have a relaxing beach day at Teague Bay beach across the street or any of the incredible beaches in St. Croix.

The property has plenty of activities to offer- golf, disc golf, tennis, & pickleball. We provide tennis & pickleball rackets in the villa for our guests to use during their stay. We also provide yoga mats for yoga on the patio or at a local yoga class.

Duggan’s Reef restaurant is located right across the street & is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner. Ollie's Cafe is next to the Pro Shop and is open for breakfast & lunch. Ziggy’s Island Market & Gas Station is a 5 minute drive.

It's 15 minutes to Christiansted and 45-50 minutes to Frederiksted. Point Udall is a 7-8 minute drive East. As the most Eastern point of the US, it offers big views, the best place to take in the sunrise, or hike Jack and Isaac Bay.

This is the Caribbean- we have critters, bugs, ants & geckos that you may not be used to. The Villa is treated monthly but occasionally they still get inside. Don’t leave doors or windows open without a screen. Don’t leave food out- put it in the fridge.

We get you started with a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They are not replenished during your stay. Depending on the length of your stay- it may be enough or you may need to replenish it yourself.

This villa is not ADA compliant. The property and buildings were built in the 1970's. There are stairs to get to and from the parking lot to the villa and to the bedroom upstairs.

The Reef does not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property for short term guests. Please do not bring your animals with you on vacation.

Its sweeping views, peaceful atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and amenities create a great experience whether you want to stay on the property and rest or for a homebase to explore the island.

The villa has everything you need to relax and rejuvenate! If that’s not enough it’s a 10-minute walk or 1.5-minute drive across the street to the nearest beach!
