This quiet oceanside condo is on the ground floor (no stair climbing), opens to a palm tree-lined courtyard with outdoor heated pool open year round. "Guest Only" beach access through a private gate right on the property! The condo sleeps 4 with a bedroom king and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully renovated & stocked kitchen, washer & dryer and outdoor patio lounge/dining area. Parking in front of the condo. The complex is called Nautical Watch Villas and has the feel of a small community, family oriented and less crowded than the impersonal multi-story complexes. No waiting in line for an elevator!

It rained every single day and December is definitely off-season and several restaurants were closed for the month. That was disappointing, but the cozy little beach house did not disappoint. It was just perfect for the two of us. Highly recommend it!

This property was amazing!! Very clean, a very quiet area, The condo was super cozy and just a short easy walk to the beach. The owner was super amazing too! The pool was great and the property was beautiful. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings drinking coffee and watching all the butterflies and dragon flies. We will definitely stay here again!

This unit is one that I look forwards to staying at again. It is stocked with so many extras like chairs,toys,beach towels,boogie boards,coffee filters, coffee, creamer,saran wrap,aluminum foil,dish detergent and so on that i could have packed so much lighter. The unit was very clean and easy to use check-in instructions were so nice. The linens and bed were all very good quality and comfy also. The host was wonderful to work with also.

Really impressed with the owner. Excellent communication, and a lovely condo right next to the pool. It was really nice having a condo stocked with everything we would need (and more ) . Clean, updated, tastefully decorated, would definitely book this again!

We love staying at Nautical Watch, this was our first time staying in this particular condo. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive. The condo was well equipped with all the essentials and then some. I will definitely stay here again.

Condo Lower Lagoon PCB

Upon entering the unit it was neat and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The bed was really comfortable which is important for long stays. The pool courtyard is just outside your back door and the beautiful beaches of PCB are a short walk away (the sunsets are spectacular). The owners are extremely easy to work with. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in PCB.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautifully decorated with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. The condo had plenty of kitchen cookware which is important to us since we cook a lot on vaca. Very easy access to pool and the beach access is just a little stroll thru the pool courtyard and in between two buildings. They had lots of beach supplies and deck box which was helpful to add our stuff to when the storm blew thru. The complex is beautifully maintained and peaceful. Quiet end of the beach. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

This is our second time staying here. This time we stayed for a week - had an amazing family vacation. The condo location is perfect - right beside the pool and short, easy walk to the beach! Condo has everything you might need. Located close to all attractions and local restaurants. Enjoyable time was had by all!

We had a great Christmas in PCB! Misha's condo was the best we have stayed in...spotlessly clean with all new appliances and great quality kitchenware. Very comfortable and a perfect location. Highly recommend!!

Hidden Gem

The property was sold after I booked our stay. The new owner made sure our reserved dates were kept and the original price honored. The property was super clean and comfortable. Great location. Quiet, family oriented complex. Great pool and easy access to the beach. We will definitely look tobstay here again if we’re in the area.

We loved everything about this place❤️ Very clean and easy access to beach. We didn’t have to contact the owners about anything. Well stocked and there is a nice pool just steps from our back door. It’s definitely would recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful experience

This place is a real gem. It was perfect for a wonderful respite and relaxation experience which was much needed! Condo was newly decorated, facing the pool for a great view, ground floor for easy access to the pool and a short walk through the complex to the beach. It was wonderful. It was also a quiet location❤️ I will be returning !

We've traveled down to Florida a number of times and renting has often been a gamble. Always wished for the simple experience of waking up and walking out onto the beach for a stroll, watch the sunrise. This quaint, quiet property offered just that. No hallways to navigate, no elevator to go down. Just the right size for a single family and plenty activities in the area for the kids.
