Welcome to your getaway at Nautical Watch E-3 is a low-rise 1st-floor condo with over 500 feet of private beach just steps away! Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, this cozy, one-bedroom one-bathroom unit can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. There is a queen bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for the chef in your group to whip up a delicious meal. The balcony is perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or spending time after a day at the beach. As an extra convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the condo, for your use. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
