Thank you for your feedback. We wish you would have contacted us we would have let you know that the toilet seat was not fact broken but snaps back together. Even so we are getting a new toilet seat and lid. Also we could have had an opportunity to remedy the situation with the tv. If things are brought to our attention while a guest is visiting then we will have the opportunity to make the guess more comfortable!

We definitely plan on replacing them soon. Sometimes guests take the batteries out of the smoke detectors when they have caused it to go off. We apologize for the oversight.
