This is our bohemian paradise, The Livin’ It Lodge. A cozy, comfortable, private 275 sqft 1980’s beach bungalow is located just minutes from downtown St. Pete, and is close to Tampa, and the best beaches in the USA. Our property offers Wi-Fi, plenty of smart devices, a heated outdoor shower, and a large private courtyard with outdoor deck and seating, among many other features. Our VRBO has been constantly rented for the last two years, ranking us among the top adorable and affordable places to stay in St.Pete. The Livin' It Lodge is located in the heart of St. Petersburg, FL in an up and coming neighborhood right off of interstate 275. Close enough to all the happenings in town and at the beach, but tucked away for complete privacy. The layout is very spacious, equipped with a queen sized bed, a bar area that can be used for dining; or as a work station, a gorgeous private bathroom, and a kitchen space. The layout gives the appeal of a Malibu style studio, with the bedroom area, living room, and kitchen all adjoining. The unit is equines with a smart TV that comes with complimentary streaming services, a small Bluetooth enabled speaker, and super fast Wi-Fi. There is a breathtaking outdoor shower just steps away from the front door (the rentals only shower). The shower is completely private and covered, and surrounded by mango trees. The unit is equipped with a tankless water heater that supplies endless hot water. The bed is a top of the line queen size memory foam mattress, that comes stocked with clean pillows, blankets and sheets. It’s perfect for a great night of rest or a long term stay! We also have a second unit complete with a living space for 2 additional guests that can be rented for an additional fee of $60.00 a night. Small pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $25. Our unit is generally not suitable for pets over 35lbs in weight. No other animals are allowed without prior approval and pet fee.
