★★★PRESANA HOMES PET POLICY★★★ We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines: · A $120/stay pet fee per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled. · We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). · Pets must be kenneled and house trained. · All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. · Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. · Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. · Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. · Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.

Central Corpus Stay
Lots of traffic where you park for street frontage businesses. Be prepared to park in an ally way with very limited access to a walk way to your room. Access denied one evening/night as someone locks a shared gate way. Another tenant was heard us downstairs and thankfully let us in. Thought space walking to get to your room with a cat that lives outside the door. Coffee shop under the room was fantastic!
