Con fácil acceso a una gran cantidad de servicios, la cabaña "Reve de Mer" ofrece una cabaña de vacaciones digna de soñar, en casa en la soleada playa. Esta pintoresca cabaña está cerca de la playa, el gimnasio y una piscina, además de estar justo al otro lado de la calle de un pequeño parque, creando la ilusión de aún más espacio al aire libre, con sillones y una mesa de picnic.

Un porche delantero de gran tamaño ofrece una opción informal y relajante en la vida al aire libre, con mecedoras y columpios diseñados para atraer a aquellos que buscan unas vacaciones menos exigentes. Las puertas dobles de vidrio empujan hacia un plano de planta abierto, completo con una sala de estar, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada.

Un segundo porche cerca de la cocina ofrece un amplio espacio para comer al aire libre, con acceso a una parrilla de gas al aire libre. El primer piso también incluye un generoso dormitorio principal con baño en suite; una habitación doble y una ducha privada al aire libre se abre a un ba��o en el primer piso. Mientras tanto, una habitación doble, además de acentuar el nivel del suelo.

Charming home close to beach, shops and fitness center

This seaside home is full of charm. 2 screened in porches and nestled against a little walking path that will take you to town or fitness center. Fantastic outdoor showers and just a block from the beach. My whole family loved it.

Thank you!Suggestions:- Upstairs shower water leak onto the bathroom floor ... and mold... not good.- Ceiling water leaks in the LR and dining area.-Some written instructions for the tv and downstairs shower.-shower and tub grab bars needed upstairs and downstairs!- Instructions for the dishwasher. We used it 3 times. Each time was very difficult to get it to start without the flashing bottom red light indicating an error.Again, thank you.. and please feel free to contact me concerning any further details needed.

Reve De Mer just came out of an extensive renovation and the minor leaks were from some new window installs and this has been fixed. There were not any mold issues to be discovered as the home just completed extensive bathroom renovations on all of the full and the one half bathroom. Great Cottage, Maybe Skip Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the cottage was great. The cottage was clean, porches are really nice for relaxing, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beach, playground, and pools are a very short walk. If we had one complaint about the cottage, it would be the hot water heater. We could get 2-3 short showers at a time out. For a house that sleeps 9 or 10, it would be nice to have a better hot water heater. We just managed by using different schedules between our two families that stayed there.We did have some problems with the neighbors and had to call security (first time experiencing this in the 15 years we have been coming to Seaside). Lots of underage drinking and one night there was a shouting match at 11am with profanity and use of racial epithets that woke our young children. We have never been to Seaside during spring break, so it may be that (there were droves of young people out very late). I don't think we will return during spring break, we will stick to our normal quiet summers from now.The cottage is great though!

Great location but too expensive and needs updating!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at Reve de Mer for spring break this year. It was our first visit to this area of FL. Pros: The location of the house was great...one block from the beach, two blocks from the square, food trucks and shops. The house has a great front porch. Cons: Prior to arriving we assumed we had 3 pools to choose from when in actuality there is only one pool for families. There is an adult only pool and a pool from a 70's horror movie...half covered and very old looking. Even the pool we were able to go to was dated. The house was clean but the bathrooms were dated and old...the shower in the master needs some real attention. We had several issues throughout the week, a couple our own (my daughters locked themselves out of their rooms twice) and a couple the house (back door wouldn't close, the ice maker never turned off so ice would pour out of it when you opened it). The bedroom doors have turn locks so my 8 yr old twins would lock the other out but then close the door behind them. They can't be the first kids to do this...new door knobs seem like an easy fix. If my review seems isn't. We paid $7000 to stay in Reve de Mer...A LOT OF MONEY for a VERY outdated house. We booked last minute because of COVID and waiting to hear what our schools were doing. I get it...last minute means you get taken advantage of, unfortunately. But if you're thinking of staying in the area with kids...go to Watercolor. The pools are much more family friendly. If thinking about Reve de Mer...don't pay over $3000 for the week there are too many other choices in the area unless, like us, you don't have a choice.

The Reve de Mer is by far our favorite cottage at Seaside

The cleanliness, layout of the cottage and location to the beach and town is why we loved it so much. The A/C and the appliances were in great working condition. This was the perfect place for my family and grandkids to enjoy quality time at Seaside. The staff at Homeowners Collection were awesome from our first inquiry, answers questions all the way to the time we left. We will definitely be coming back to the Reve de Mer. My family would like to thank the cottage owner for sharing your "Dream by the Sea" with us. The memories of our vacation will last us a lifetime.

Nice home but had some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was nice and fairly clean with the exception of glasses found outside with mold growing in them and old shampoo bottles thrown on the ground near the outside showers. The oven needed repairs which weren't completed so it was hard to cook our meals. The emergency lights in the house had to be taken down by maintenance due to going off and on. The layout of the home was very nice and it was cozy. The master bed was VERY hard and not very comfy for my pregnant wife or I.
