Welcome to your elegant and sophisticated retreat in the picture-perfect community of Seaside, Florida! This never-before-rented designer 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach home offers an inviting atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of coastal living. With accommodations for up to 8 guests, 'Goodobbies' is ideal for families looking to create lasting memories with a prime Seaside location only 118 feet to the beach.
A large furnished wrap-around screened porch, complete with a lounge seating area with three sofas and an adjacent outdoor dining area is perfect for your morning coffee or evening conversations as the sun sets. The first floor opens to a spacious living area designed for relaxation or conversation. This large space features two comfortable sofas arranged around a large flat-screen TV, as well as high ceilings- a fantastic area to host a game night, followed by charcuterie and wine, indoors or out. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space that comfortably seats ten, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or breakfast before a fun-filled day at the beach. The media center has both a large plasma TV and a generous Sonos sound bar, and it is complete with a bar nook below featuring a beverage fridge. Nearby, there is a stunning, renovated kitchen with a bonus dining area for 5. This kitchen features all stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances: a four-burner gas stove with a center griddle and a large Sub-Zero fridge.
The first floor boasts two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a family favorite, the bunk room comfortably sleeps four guests with two twin bunk beds, a desk area for working remotely, plenty of custom built-in storage for longer stays, and a large plasma TV. There is an adjacent updated full bath with a walk-in shower and a single vanity. The second bedroom down, a king room can be found across the hall, featuring a seating area and desk space, and an ensuite full bath with a shower and single vanity.
Ascending to the second story, you’ll discover the luxurious primary king suite designed as a private sanctuary. This spacious bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite full bath with a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and double vanities, creating a spa-like atmosphere.
The third level of the home holds a special surprise- a private, enclosed tower with seating and stunning panoramic views of Seaside, FL, and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot to relax with a book, sip on a cocktail, or take in the mesmerizing sunsets that this storybook town has to offer. Off the rear of the home is the open-air outdoor dining deck with a comfortable setup for outdoor dining for up to ten! (outdoor rear deck for the main home only). Additional bonuses: laundry room with full washer and dryer on the first floor and an enclosed outdoor shower.
If you need space for extra guests, there is a guest house available for rent on the property. Take a look at "Sunsets on Savannah", which accommodates up to four additional people.
* 5-night minimum Summer, Spring & Spring Break, 3-night minimum Fall, 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.
* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture.
