Nestled on over 1 acre, this house offers room to relax and enjoy. Enjoy peace and quiet in the rear yard with the newly installed in-ground pool with beautiful blue stone surround.

Enter the home from the covered farmers porch and you'll find a great floor plan with living, dining and open kitchen/family room. First level also features 1/2 bath, laundry, and interior access to the garage. Second floor features large master bed/bath and three additional bedrooms that share another full bath.

Other features include central a/c, whole house generator, gas fireplace, rear patio with outdoor shower, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Rest assured of your safety with a simpli safe alarm system including water sensors, door sensors, and smart locks.

Short distance to beaches and only a few miles to downtown Newport. 3 minute drive to the beach or 10 minutes to Dowtown Newport.

This is an exceptional property in a premier location. Check-in was easy. Communication with the owner (Mary) was seamless, timely and enjoyable. And the house and grounds were clean and enjoyable. We had a terrific time and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the island.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Middletown home. The backyard is a dream — the pool is spotless and perfect for relaxing after the beach, and the outdoor space is private and beautifully maintained. The kitchen is another highlight: modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for family meals or entertaining.What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the owner. They are incredibly organized, responsive, and communicative, which made the whole process smooth from booking through check-out. Every detail was thought of, and it was clear how much care they put into making guests feel welcome.We can’t recommend this home highly enough and look forward to staying again on our next trip to Rhode Island!

Amazing atmosphere beautiful space all the amenities you need tentative host with great communication great location for access to Newport nightlife but so much yard room. You can make an entire event in the backyard yourself. Perfect girls weekend spot!

Lovely inside and out!

This is a big, great looking home with a stellar outdoor living space as well. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 to sit, cook, eat, sun, swim & play games. We were on a girls weekend and so happy to find a property with six beds! The primary bed and bath were especially nice, but every room was comfortable. The kitchen has been nicely updated and has plenty of room to hang out and eat, with a pretty, long island and a generous round table. The host was very receptive when we had questions, he got right back to us and the process was quite smooth. The outdoor pool and backyard were really nice, big and attractive. We actually canceled a dinner reservation one night because we were so enjoying the yard and pool.

A complete disappointed

The owner told us that the house was not left in a clean condition. That is not true. We responded to the statement and sent time-stamped pictures refuting his statement and requested that he send pictures to support his claim. He did not do so. Unfortunately, we had a number of issues with the property. We pointed out the following to him: . Upon arrival, the house was not prepared for occupancy. There were dirty dishes in the sink. There were also wet clothes left in the laundry room. . The guest shower and sink did not work. We spent three (3) hours attempting to have running water. We were never able to have hot water. . The fire alarm sounded three (3) times. We had to spend another hour addressing this issue. . The dishwasher did not work. We washed his dishes which were left in the sink and our dishes throughout the weekend. . The property was not as advertised as it was a bed short of the listing description. . One of the beds was defective and broke. We promptly alerted him of this. Also, it was quite disturbing to discover a video camera on the property. VRBO policy requires that any video camera be disclosed. He failed to do so.

Truly the best experience i’ve had staying at a rental house. The listing was perfectly accurate, the house was very very clean. The location is great. We had the best time and I can’t recommend this property/host enough!

Great Beach Vacation

Comfortable house, great outdoor space

Beautiful, comfortable home. Plenty of room to hang out inside when it was raining. Awesome, heated pool with spacious pool deck for lounging. Quiet, beautiful street. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends!

James was wonderful to work with. We had a cancellation last minute from another reservation and we found this house that was much nicer at a similar price. I highly recommend this house.
