The inside common areas are functional and perfect for entertaining. You can even work from the beach or enjoy your favorite streaming shows with the high-speed wireless mesh internet. There is plenty of room for outdoor activities as well, plus a fenced-in backyard! A wrap-around deck, an enclosed outside shower, and a large fire pit make for evenings full of s'mores and laughter. With a deeded beach access just East of the home between 963 OBW and 965 OBW, you are only steps away from fun in the sand! So bring all of your mermaids and mermen and enjoy your island vacation on Holden Beach in style.

All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides beach and bath towel sets per total occupancy for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath and beach towel.
