Its Mainly The Location and Little Nick Knacks

Great stay. Great reconstruction of the home. Its bright and warm. Its just the location is literally in the hood, which is not that bad of a situation if you install a combo lock for the gate. It just allows for that extra layer of security for the tenants. Other than that there was just like some broken outlet face plates or some that just didn't work. Which again is fine I just wanted to communicate immediately that this was not us. The last thing is the floor boards just outside the primary rooms bathroom. They are starting to buckle due to the water spillage from the shower. It may need to be addressed if you want to make sure no mildew or mold starts to accumulate. Once again I really like the place but for that price range you have to make sure certain things are buttoned up.

Amazing communication and neighborhood.

Immediately was able to communicate with the host and had an amazing time staying at this location. Very friendly neighborhood and neighbors as well. Felt like you were right at home! :)

Nice place. Just what we needed

Great place to stay. Nice open spaces to gather. Very accommodating host. Backyard was nice to play. Very clean. Easy check in. Seats at the table held but need to be more sturdy. Great place. Would stay again. 👍

Maternity Shoot!

The home was exactly as described. Edward, the host, was readily available & accommodating when we couldn’t find the code to enter. He went above and beyond to assist and make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I booked the stay to attend my daughter & son-in-laws maternity shoot. We had an amazing time in town. The Villa was perfectly located near downtown where the studio was. We were so close to town that we visited The Galleria where we went for dinner & a little shopping, and we even caught a movie at the Rooftop Cinema. I was so completely comfortable that I didn’t even want to leave. I would definitely suggest staying and would for sure stay again.

Kiki’s 50th birthday celebration

The house is exactly as pictured in the website. Every thing was very clean and updated. This is a small cozy house with a nice little deck in the back yard. The kitchen was not as well stocked in comparison to my past rentals. But it had the basics such as toaster, coffee maker, small pot set, cooking utensils, dinner ware, silver ware, and wine glasses, but lacked things such as large mixing bowls, pitchers, and a blender. THIS DOES NOT take away from the house in any way, I thought it would be helpful to know for someone who plans to cook there. We were a little worried about the surrounding neighborhood approaching the house but don’t judge a book by its cover. We felt very safe. The neighbors were super nice and even invited us to their Cinco de Mayo party. I usually have a larger group, but anytime I have 8 or less in my group I will book this house when stay in Houston again.

Phenomenal location!!!!

The property was amazing! Everything was so neat and clean! My friends and I were super pleased with the owner and how communicative he was. He made sure we were well taken care of. We had a small gathering for our bible group and there was enough space for us to sit comfortably and relax. The backyard was beautiful as well. We didn't get to utilize it like we originally planned, but will do so the next time we stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others and book again in the future.

Great Stay

We stayed here while my son was being seen at MD Anderson. Our host was absolutely wonderful. He checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything we needed. The place was great it had everything that we needed plus more. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard at night to wind down from a stressful and busy day. We also met the neighbor, and he was very nice. I would absolutely recommended staying here it will not disappoint.
