Welcome to our piece of paradise! What makes us unique is our beautiful backyard complete with a hot tub, firepit, and patio lounge surrounded by a mural.

This 2/1 offers 2 beds, a couch, and a blow up mattress.

We have a game room that comes complete with a pool table, fooseball table, kids corner, projector for movies, and couches.

Our kitchen offers a stove, toaster oven, blender, microwave, oven, silverware, plates, bowls, and kitchenware.

Convenient location close to downtown. It was too hot to use the hot tub and fire pit. It met our needs which were simple.

Exactly what we expected!

Clean and well maintained, the hot tub is a plus and the game room was very cool! Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Happy with our stay

We stayed 3 nights with our kids. We had a couple hiccups with items we needed for our little kids but the host was great with quickly replaced them! We didnt get to test out the hot tub and were gone exploring most of our stay. It was a great landing place for the night. We loved visting the St. Pete Pier.

Great fenced in back yard

There were issues with the hot tub the first 2 days of our stay, but the property owner came out several times to fix the problem - very responsive. Nice house and great backyard area - would definitely recommend staying here. The location is a little bit of a drive to St Pete Beach area and downtown - about 25 minutes to dog beach at Fort De Soto Park.

A sunny oasis, even on a cloudy day

As a long-term customer of VRBO, I can tell you that this property will eventually amass significant positive reviews. Considering it’s a relatively new property on this site, it has all the hallmarks of a Super Host property. The host was easy to reach, and very helpful. The house was clean, and decorated in sunshine throughout-in hues of gold and blue. The host, Rachel, left Hersheys chocolate bars and hot chocolate packets for us, and there were ceramic containers with regular and decaf coffee to ensure we could caffeinate (or not) properly. The beds were comfy, and the three TVs were enormous and of high quality. We didn’t watch much TV, because the house is close to Gulfport and downtown St. Pete. When we returned at night, we went straight to the hot tub (which was large and clean, but a bit tricky to figure out how to operate). The game room is a great option, but we were too relaxed from the hot tub to actually play anything. We planned to use the fire pit, which was surrounded by cushioned chairs, but again, we spent most of our free time in the hot tub. The neighborhood was okay, but a bit run down-it was nice enough for our stay, as it was quiet and uneventful. The rent was very reasonable for a very nice rental, and I hope to return in the future. I highly recommend this property!

Just what we needed

We just needed a simple place to stay after our wedding that was on July 22nd. The neighborhood looked a little questionable when we first came through it but we never had an issue with anyone or anything while we stayed there. The house looks better than most in the neighborhood. On the inside it has two clean and nice bedrooms with TVs. The living room also had a nice couch and tv, that’s where the kids hung out the most. There was so much to do around the area we didn’t have time to try the hot tub or the fire pit. The game room with the pool table was a nice bonus and we were so pleased it had its own ac. The backyard is really nice, very well maintained. The house in the master bedroom closet was equipped with beach accessories like towels, boogie board, and even chairs. The kitchen had coffee, stuff for s’mores laid out for us, other small drawer condiments. There was also detergent available for both the clothes washer and dish washer. Anything we needed was right there. And the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Large enough for him to chase some lizards and lay in the sun. I felt safe and comfortable there. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Our dog loved Pass a Grill dog beach!

The hot tub was at 99 when we arrived and heated up overnight. It was very comfortable when it was hot enough and a great feature. It is nice and private and is an excellent place for a family with children under 10 to stay.
