Located on the 7th floor of Tower 1, this beachfront condo delivers unbelievable panoramic views, sunrise to sunset from the luxurious private balcony. With a soft color scheme of blues and greys with coastal decorative accents and floor to ceiling windows give this condo an open and seaside feel. The bright and spacious living room is fitted with plush seating on the comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa. The dining area offers seating for 8, alongside 4 stools nestled at the bar area. The unit includes a full kitchen with gorgeous tile backsplash and a full range of stainless steel appliances. Location and place was overall great. Some of the furniture seemed to sag or look a little broken. When messaging the owner some of the questions would not be answered which made things a bit frustrating. Asked many times about location of the grill and was never answered correctly. By the way, the grill is super far away and not by the pool. Its outside beside the parking garage. Just for the people that grill out on their vacations.

The unit is very big which was great for our large family! The only changes i would suggest is uodating the furniture-the couch is broken, the rug is quite gross, and there is very limited kitchen cookware-only a very small frying pan. The pools are nice but very overcrowded. We did enjoy the location and the unit that we stayed in. We would consider staying here again as it fit our family and was decently priced.

Yearly family vacation

Overall being with family was wonderful but condo needs several things replaced and updated. The Majestic Resort itself was wonderful.

It needs some updating. Couch is broken and dirty. The living room rug is REALLY dirty. They did not vacuum the unit before our arrival. I had to call several times for them to come clean the floors and rug. Had I not called several times and been persistent, I do not believe anyone would have come and corrected the issue. The kitchen needs more skillets. There was only one small one in the whole place. For the price I paid for this place, it did not meet any of our expectations. Complex is nice and well taken care of.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNIT UNTIL COUCH AND RUG ARE UPDATED

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We walked in to a horrible urine/mold smell. The couch was broke which made it hard for sitting 5 adults and 2 children. The rug was beyond disgusting. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Takes forever to get hot water in the master. But if you don’t want to sit in the evenings and watch tv or get a good night sleep then this unit is perfect for you. I texted the host as soon as we got there and the only response I got was that they would let maintenance know. Maintenance did come and said the couch and rug was unacceptable and would let their manager know but never heard anything back from them.

Needs Many Updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not able to get into our room until about 4:30 while housekeeping was still trying to clean. We finally got in with dirty toilets, food in the dishwasher, broken worn down couch, unclean balcony, the refrigerator had broken and limited shelves, and no hot water in the master shower. This condo is for up to 12 but they only had dishes, glasses, and silverware for 5, towels for 8, and limited bedding.The sliding doors kept coming off the hinges. Many concerns were taken care of by the company, but we were finding concerns everyday of our stay. We will use Emerald Coast Destinations again but will NEVER book this room again.

Family vacation

Security was RIDICULOUS.. you couldn't breathe without being harassed.. at one point they asked a drunk lady for her door code to her room..why??? Just weird.. no drinks near the pool or hot tubs. No radios by the pools either. We will never stay here again. Room was dirty,rug in living room room was beyond filthy. TV's were messed up,beds were Soo uncomfortable. Tub in master didn't hold water well.

Excellent place in an excellent location!

If I had more vacation time, I'd spend a week here annually. The location is great! The staff at the pool is great. The condo itself is great! Modern decor and furniture. No issues with any of the beds or supplied amenities. A host!

Christmas trip

Loved the location and the view is amazing. The condo itself wasn’t very well furnished. The kitchen definitely needs to be restocked. There was 11 of us and there wasn’t enough plates bowls etc for all of us. There was one tiny skillet the size of bologna. We had to go buy a skillet. There was no pot holders. The drapes leading out onto the deck were dirty and stained. They need cleaned. Overall we loved our stay.

Fall Break!

We loved the view from our 7th floor! We really liked the access of the resort amenities. Don't miss the parking Fee! The pools were nice and clean. Beach access was easy! Nothing that would prevent us from staying again, but the condo itself did get hot! We respected the note and didnt turn it down past the recommended setting.

Underwhelming

The location of the property is great. Overall the stay wasn't terrible, but the rug is in desperate need of replacing with how dirty it was, many pieces of furniture were on the verge of breaking or cheaply repaired. The kitchen was stocked ok. The overall cleaning could have been better, we kept finding hair that didn't belong to anyone who came with us. Based on the listing, we definitely expected better.

Great family vacation to Panama City Beach

We really enjoyed our spacious 4 bedroom beachfront condo. This condo had plenty of room for my group of ten. Loved the beach access, and gym and pool amenities. Great location convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The only con was some of the furniture in the unit needed to be updated. A lot of wear and tear. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of property was fantastic right on the beach then it goes downhill from there. Let’s begin with the restoration of the vehicles to park in the garage. Paid for two vehicles before arrival was not able to register them at the resort unless I paid for one more vehicle was told I shall get a refund from owners association representative. Waited four days and again approached the representative. She took all the information in five days later I still do not have a refund . Walking into the condo we found the broken TV broken ,missing and broken shelves in a refrigerator. A broken blow dryer, broken coffee maker ,thick heavy dust on the louver doors and left over medication‘s underneath the bed from previous renters. To be fair ECDI staff did replace the TV the blow dryer and a coffee maker.parts for the refrigerator needed to be ordered. Than there are the condo elevators, be ready to wait up to 20 minutes at times. Lastly not happy that I had to deal with three different organizations, VRBO- ECDI and the condo organization, dealing with one identity would prevent finger pointing, it’s them not us.

Annual Family Vacation

Overall good stay, plenty of pool areas to hang out and options in the area. Pool bar is over priced as this was the most expensive one we have bought drinks from and we go to a different location every year. But still a fun atmosphere by the pool with live music and security patrolling the grounds. The elevators were quite crowded, so we had to wait awhile multiple times. They were fast and worked pretty well. The parking garage elevators were slow, and they stopped working for part of our stay. Overall the elevators were efficient, but crowded. Our room was nice with an amazing ocean front view, but it could use a few updates and the cleanliness could’ve been better. A few broken things, and stained sheets but nothing of much concern.

Perfect stay

We’ve stayed at many places in PCB and this has been our favorite by far! Plenty of room for a larger family. Super clean and comfortable beds. The staff at Majestic were all kind. Having a working washer and dryer was a huge plus that the last place we stayed at didn’t have. Ended up getting an early check in. Host is very responsive! Will stay again.
