Este gran condominio tiene capacidad para 10 personas, con baños suficientes para minimizar la congestión..

Overall great

Overall, we had a great stay! Room was clean and amenities were nice. Our only issue was the day before we were supposed to check out, 3 young men ( in their 20s) entered the condo using the code. They stated that they were the owners. We told them that we were scheduled to check out the following day so they left and acted like they would come back the following day. It just made us feel uneasy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience in this condo! Most everything we needed was already there. Never had an issue to report so I can’t comment on their response time but they were easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. I will definitely be renting again for our family vacation every year! The only suggestion I have is to have extra blankets for use on bed and in living room. It did get a bit chilly.

Could be better

The condo was big and spacious for our large family but the overall cleanliness of the place was very poor. The floors in the balcony were filthy and inside floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. We wiped up some water and the towel turned brown from the dirtiness of the floor. Very limited in cooking dishes and the food disposal kept clogging the sink up from prior families. The disposal would not work and the sink would back up almost every time we used the side with the waste disposal. The beds are not comfortable. One of the bed the frame was leaning sideways and the frame had come off railing making the bed look funny. -we replaced the wood rails (that had fell) under box spring to make the bed even but still was uncomfortable. This was noticed upon our arrival to the condo. Hadn’t even slept on it yet. So housekeeping should have noticed this. Trash was found under furniture and rockers when moved looking for toys (due to having a toddler). The elevator was faster than most condos and didn’t have much issue when waiting for one. That is about the only plus to this resort. We were not impressed at all and will not be staying here again.

Family Trip

We had such a great time. Booked here after our usual place canceled for renovations and this would be the first time our whole group stayed in one condo together! The kids throughly enjoyed it! View was great and we loved the balcony! Had minor issues with not having all of the armbands but received quick responses! Rooms were all very nice! Beds were a little uncomfortable but that is solely a preference. All in all we had a great time!

Great condo, perfect for 2 families of 4

Condo perfect size for our 2 families of 4, right on the beach. Awesome location, had a great time. Biggest issue was the bed frame needs repaired. Noticed the bolts were out of the head board and nothing to lock it down. Other than that it had everything you needed. Home away from home!

Great Vacay with family

The condo was as listed and it was a wonderful experience. The only draw back was the bed in the room my wife and I slept in was extremely noisy and creaked at every move. It made it hard to get a good night's rest. Other than that it was absolutely amazing. That is the reason for the 4 star and not a 5 star. Would i stay there again? Absolutely!!

Perfect for what we needed

Beautiful corner condo with no big buildings beside it so you can see the beautiful sunset for miles. All the rooms were spacious and just what we needed for our group of 10. The table on the balcony was perfect for enjoying the view and playing card games as a family. Loved our stay and will be booking again next year.

Great place

We enjoyed staying there very much. Beautiful rooms with a view of the beach. Would definitely stay there again.One thing that was not mentioned is on the 3rd floor of the parking deck there is an unloading area with carts to make it easier to unload and load your vehicle.

Christmas at the beach

Great stay. Great property and location. Parking was convenient and amenities were nice. The large, outdoor space was a huge bonus. The only issues were the lack of maintenance addressing our issues and the hot tub next to the pool was not heating up. We did stay over the holidays which may have been the reason for not being addressed. All in all I would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great, great view. The middle toilet leaked the entire time we were there. I got water heater stopped working on Wednesday but the maintenance people were pretty prompt in fixing it. Everything else was satisfactory.

Plenty of Room

The views were spectacular and access to pools and beach were excellent! The size of rooms and bathroom were awesome. When we arrived the smoke detector was beeping low battery and we had to manually disconnect them from the ceiling. One of the bedroom's TV did not work. Both problems were corrected - smoke detector (three hours later) TV (two days later). We would visit this Condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took four generations of family for a fall beach getaway. I've stayed in many resorts in PCB (3 different ones this year), and Majestic was impressive. The parking deck is spacious, and we had no trouble navigating our 4-door truck. The room, itself, is not very well-equipped. The kitchen cookware, for lack of better word, was yuck. I'm also very relieved that I took my own Keurig. The master bed was INCREDIBLY squeaky, and the furniture is not all as pictured. It looks as though it may have been staged for pics. The layout of the condo is good, and it is a good size; however, the laundry is disappointing. One bedroom had no power the first night we were there, but maintenance came a couple hours after I called. There was no working hair dryer in the condo, and my email to the rental agency was unanswered. These were the only negatives. Overall, I loved the resort, especially in the "off" season. I'm sure traffic in that area would be impossible in the summer. With some TLC and some personalization, this condo could be exceptional. As is, it's pretty good.

The Property was great but our room was dirty…

The property itself was great. The only complaint would be the elevators. We would wait for 30-40 minutes sometimes for our elevator. Our room however was very nasty. The floor wasn’t cleaned, our beds didn’t have the top sheet, and the roof was peeling from a previous leak. The vacuum smelled very bad when we turned it on to clean our room. Once we got past the room being dirty, we enjoyed our stay.

Rough Vacation

The room was not cleaned well at all. The shower door shattered in one of the bathrooms glass cut my husbands eye so he had to go to ER then an eye doctor. The chandelier above the kitchen table had a globe busted and was just taped up with electrical tape. We showed up to the room not having at least one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and we had to buy a dust pan just to try and clean up most of the glass for the bathroom to be used.

Great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Majestic Beach Resorts. There is a bit of walking from the parking garage to the units, however the set up is efficient and easy to check out carts and load/unload in the zone. Never an issue finding a parking space and they recognize your vehicle registration as you pull up to the garage. Part of our group arrived a few hours prior to check in time and the unit was ready which was great. The unit was overall clean with some minor blemishes (broken drawer and burn mark on one of the ottomans). Nothing unexpected for a rental. Initial supplies (soap, TP, etc.) were also minimal, but again wasn’t unexpected. The sliding door in the living room was difficult to open (probably just needed the rollers adjusted) and I did report this and received a quick response, however, maintenance did not come during our stay. Hopefully it was fixed for the next guests. The extra large balcony was amazing and totally worth it! Amazing views of the beach and poolside. Plenty of room in the unit for our group of 9 and the beds were super comfortable! We were a bit surprised by the strict rules in the pool. Absolutely no drinks in/near edge of pool and we were also told to take our inflatable out even though it wasn’t a posted rule. Beach access was great and plenty of space to set up and even play cornhole. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and truly enjoyed the onsite amenities!!
