Checking in and out was outstanding! Host was always ready to help. Very clean. Everything we need for our stay was there. Very peaceful area with plenty of stores and places to eat and drink. Will always check to see if this place is available when I visit Palm Springs.

Great condo, great location.

Loved this rental!! I would definitely stay again!! This condo was perfectly located close in to Palm Springs but also to outerlying communities…everything was a 10-15 minute drive. - except for the walk across the parking lot to Trader Joe’s - a bonus!!!

Nice clean condo, 2 large bdrms and 2 baths, comfortable livingroom, kitchen w good amenities inc. coffee/filters, tea, wine opener. Great bed and best night's sleep. EZ gate and room lockbox. Owner had prompt, friendly communication.

Summer Getaway

My family and I had such a fun time at this home. There was a nice fenced backyard for our two smaller dogs who loved to be out there even in the hot sun. The pool was so close and clean. Hoping to stay again soon.

We love older style properties like this because they are large and comfortable! Everything was very clean , property well equipped and excellently located near shops etc. Our host Will was very kind and responsive. Overall and excellent property and good value for money.

Great Place!

Great location and near many services. Easy drive to Palm Springs and south to Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indio. Cool floor plan, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and the pool and hot tub were nice. Nice to have a garage and security gate with remotes. Highly recommend!

Cathedral City Getaway

The owner was very helpful in getting internet issues resolved. The kitchen windowsill needs maintenance. It would be a five star if the upstairs had a shower in the bathroom. Also the mattresses need replaced as the toppers are lumpy in both bedrooms. The location is close to shopping and entertainment venue. We enjoyed our 3 days.

Property was good location but very dated, old windows and overall dirty in the condo. It was overall pretty disappointing. The website interior photos do not match interior and the deck umbrella in back yard is broken and sitting out back

Great Place!!

In terms of Vrbo stays, this has been the most accurate and best for us. It was exactly as it was described and the location was perfect. This was perfect for us because we also had our dogs with us and they had a gated area. Will was excellent at communicating all the details ahead of time and whenever I had a question. We will definitely return.

The condominium was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The property owner was quick to respond to my questions. It had a small fenced yard ideal for my 2 old blind dogs. We’ll stay there when we come to Palm Springs again.

Cathedral City Stay

Very clean and spacious. Has small fenced in yard in the back that was perfect for my dogs. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom is connected with shower stall. Upstairs bathroom is separate with bathtub. No door to upstairs bedroom which wasn’t an issue with us as we were there with family. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Perfect for needing two rooms. The space is ample. Each room has it's own bathroom (although one only has a bath and the other a shower). There were a few spots that could use extra attention with cleaning. Everything for cooking was available- pots/pans/spices/coffee pot with enough coffee for a couple days. There is a communal swim pool/hot tub. There is access to a washer and dryer. Arrival details were clear and easy. We never saw another person while there, although I did see a couple other cars.

First Palm Springs vacation

Had great communication with Will as we had early flight so was accomodating for that . Property is close to everything you need and has basically everything you need. They were responsive if something didnt work, as they had to replace the dishwasher in our unit. Only thing I would say needs improvement was the hottub water was dirty, looked like it needed to be chlorine shocked or just simply changed.

Enjoyed our Stay

We stayed here for 46 days and would stay here again. Very spacious condo. Well stocked, comfortable beds and livingroom furniture, nice pool/hot tub area, fenced outdoor space for our dog. Owners were very nice and responded promptly to any requests/inquiries. Convenient location and even though this complex is close to busy street, this unit was very quiet. A few areas that could be improved include: a new dishwasher in this unit - it was so loud we quit using it; some deeper cleaning is needed (e.g., windows are very dirty, fitness and laundry rooms need regular cleaning). The property is a bit dated but architecturally attractive. And important to note is that the newer owners are making improvements almost daily. Thanks Will and Will for being great hosts.

Don't miss out!

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised! The place is spacious, airy, and better than the photos. It actually felt like someone's home and had all the necessary amenities. It was comfortable and convenient. Will absolutely return! There were a few unusual things just to mention, for the price point it was totally fine but for instance no door to the upstairs bedroom and the shower handle being so stiff I thought I was going to break it. Also we couldn't figure out how to exit the complex on foot, the gate was locked from both sides so we crawled under the car gate to leave 😂. Not worth docking stars because we were happy and it was a great deal but just for future travellers.

Bit outdated but nice little condo

Garage was small, my RAM 1500 did not fit. had about 2in on both sides but it was 5in short to close the door. Luckly there were a few spots outside garage that we parked in. Listing showed 2 showers but downstairs had only shower and upstairs had only a bath. Bath tub is very deep and hard to get into. I thought the upstairs bed was extremely hard. The cool/heat vent upstairs has internal issues like loose louvers and when system kicked on it would wake you up. (needs fixed) Only use the dish washer if you plan on going out (very loud). Pool was heated. Downstairs bathroom has no door between it and the bedroom (if someone from upstairs wants to take a shower the people in bed look directly into shower)Condos surrounding pool was nice. Overall our stay was good.

Bugs in the condi

When we arrived at midnight, the VRBO “keys” page had no instructions or codes to enter. So, we had to awaken the property manager who walked us through the codes. Unfortunately, shortly after arriving we found a large dead roach in the kitchen, then we found dirty knives in the knife block, then we found several dead roaches in the bedroom upstairs, then we found a dyeing roach in the kitchen, then we found several dead small roaches on bathroom towels, then there were several live and dead mosquitoes in the condo. At first we were told the bugs were due to recent spraying outside. So, we thought what we had already seen were all there would be. With each day more were showing up, alive and dead. By the last night I couldn’t wait to leave. All of this saddened me since I was so looking forward to a nice respite.
