Hidden behind the tree-lined street, this charming home is located between beautiful Columbia Square and Oglethorpe Avenue. While off the beaten path, you'll still be just a short stroll away from everything Historic Savannah has to offer - Bustling Broughton Street, Savannah's famous river front, City Market, and so much more.

Cozy Cottage cheerfully welcomes you to this unique property upon the moment you step inside. The main gathering room gleams with natural light, and features warm and tasteful furnishings. The living space comfortably seats your entire party, also fitted with A flat-screen TV, and original fire place that is now decorative. Stepping into to the spacious kitchen, you'll find all of the modern conveniences one could ask for! You'll also find that the kitchen is stocked with everything to prepare home-cooked meals.

Just off the kitchen, the first suite is fitted with a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, you'll find the second suite which is also fitted with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with tub-shower combination, and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. Heading upstairs, you'll find the final bedroom that is a lofted space, and offers a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combination, and plenty of natural light!

If you're looking to be just minutes from the excitement of River Street and Broughton Street, Savannah’s best shopping, dining and historic attractions, Cozy Cottage is the home for you!

Parking: Metered Parking
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We didn’t speak with the host directly, but every question we had was handled quickly by text and email. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to many of the nearby historical sites. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group. Overall, a great stay.

Getaway with mom

The cozy cottage was is a great location to be able to walk to the sites we wanted to see. It is located in a neighborhood that felt safe and was quiet at night. We loved each having our own room and bathroom. For the age of the home, it is well kept.

Girl's getaway

Cozy Cottage was perfect for our girl's getaway. Prime location to walk everywhere, never used our cars. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.Will keep in my favorites for my next trip to Savannah!

Overall a great stay!

The house is in a fantastic area and very walkable to many places. House is as listed. They only problems we had were the chain broken on the upstairs toilet (we had to rig it) and lack of water pressure when all showers are being used around the same time.

Cozy cottage Savannah

Perfect location- The cottage was clean. Unusual to find a three bedroom with three baths in downtown. On street parking was not a problem for us. Would stay at the cottage again.

It was great. Owner came to put in new air conditioner after he tried to fix it.Suggestions: Water pressure was weak; how about getting a Keurig in the kitchen? Fun time - we would go back!

Great location

Perfect location. House is less decorated than as seen on the pictures. Two bedrooms, each with own small full bath on first floor and upstairs bedroom, also with own bath. It has everything you need, was mostly clean (vacuuming could have been better),in a small and older cottage. Quiet street, great communication.

The only thing which is a small detail and does not take away from how great this place was is it would have been nice to have a tv in the bedrooms but it did force us to spend very little time in rooms. We had 2 couples and an additional adult and it was the perfect space.

They have lots of properties in downtown Savannah, and we chose this one because it was plenty of space for our group of 6 AND it was located perfectly for us to walk everywhere. Short walk to the river, and just under a mile to the heart of Forsyth Park. We slept well and enjoyed having a comfortable living room for everyone in our group to hang out when we weren’t sightseeing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If your mouth doesn't drop open as soon as you walk in the door, well, I don't know what to say! I don't think I could have picked a better place! The cuteness of this cottage is almost overwhelming, to the point where it's kind of sad when it's time to leave. Location was in close proximity to EVERYTHING, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet, with the exception of some construction that is going on next door. I would highly recommend this as a top place to stay when visiting Savannah!

A house in very bad conditions in a nice location

I don't recommend this house.The house has too many issues and has very bad maintenance. Just to mention a few:1) Both bathtubs sinks were blocked, so the water didn't drain. After insisting many times the maintenance came late at night the next day.2) The kitchen sink tube was detached. I ask for repair, but they never did it. I had to fix it myself.3) Bed and mattresses very old.4) Toaster in bad condition and few utensils. 5) Furniture very old and dirty.6) Washer did not work well and was full of dirt. Could not use it. 7) The property manager only fixed one of the problems and after insisting a lot. I had to write to VRBO so they take action.In general the house has very bad maintenance and it is NOT worth the price paid. Other family members stayed three blocks from us and the house was beautiful and practically for the same price that we paid. It was like comparing a 1 star hotel with a 4 star hotel for the same price.The only good thing about this house is the location, all the rest NOT recommended at all.Very disappointing.

Location vs luxury

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was older (read needs help) than expected, which we have experienced in the past. This place seemed cobbled together. Lots of extension cords for outlets, kitchen was ok, upstairs was hot (AC struggled and its April), upstairs tub didn't drain well and the ceiling and wall paper was cracked. Huge industrial fluorescent lights in upstairs bedroom as well (one worked the other flickered). Also in the upstairs bathroom the faucet in shower was very loose. if you pulled on it we were afraid the wall would come down. Downstairs was ok, we did see several palmetto bugs luckily on last day in the guest bedroom downstairs. The closet in the master bedroom laundry did not sell great, there was still someone's socks in dryer. We go to Savannah several times a year and stayed in hotels or B&B as well as the 3rd time for Lucky Savannah. Other than location I cant recommend this one, especially for what we paid. Not a fan and may not use this service again. Sorry.

Reviewer Comments: It was a pleasure walking outside the front door of Cozy Cottage and being steps away from all the sights, shops, and must dos in Savannah. Felt at home right away. Loved the creaks and character of the old structure. Plenty of room for the family- kids lived the loft space.
