El Percival también se encuentra en el segundo piso de este edificio histórico. ¡Alójese en el corazón del centro pero con la tranquilidad y privacidad que prefiere en vacaciones! Este apartamento cuenta con una amplia sala de estar, comedor formal, cocina completa y tres dormitorios.

Entre en el apartamento lleno de luz y observe inmediatamente los techos altos y la decoración encantadora. Las chimeneas ahora decorativas anclan cada espacio y se complementan con comodidades modernas como televisores de pantalla plana montados en la pared. El sofá de la sala de estar se retira a una cama Queen para acomodar a dos personas adicionales.

Adyacente a la sala de estar hay un comedor formal, con una mesa para seis personas. Disfrute del desayuno en grupo todas las mañanas o derroche en un chef local para preparar la cena. Un poco más allá, la cocina bien equipada con dos taburetes más en la isla. Property has a great location. Very walkable around historic Savannah. House was very nice, but also hot. Couldn't keep it cool enough. All three bedrooms was very hot, air unit couldn't cool down enough.

Absolutely the perfect location to anything you’d want to do in Savannah. Check process was great!! Front bedrooms are a bit noisy . Bring ear plugs. Huge place! I’d definitely stay there again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The refrigerator was broken when we got there and we had not been informed. There were two small refrigerators but with a baby, and 6 adults they filled up quickly. The shower/tub in the second bathroom had a faulty shower curtain setup and was frankly dangerous to get into and out of. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Two of the mornings we were there we were awoken at 6:30am by the homeless who gathered in front of the door leading up to the apartment. They were blocking the door by leaning on it, arguing very loudly.

This place was so nice and the location was AMAZING!! Just a few warnings - not with the place itself but the location - it is in the same square (Wright Square) as a church and the bells go off early (8AM) and are very loud and continue to go off Savannah is a very lively city so just expect people to be loud outside this location because you are so close to everything. Overall, the Vrbo was great and the location was everything!! I will definitely be staying here again, just with a sound machine

This home was ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We experienced some issues in this home. First off, the internet does not work. The network would disappear every night so we could not watch tv. We had WiFi briefly in the day one day but that was all. The guest rooms were not nearly as cold as the interior of the home. We struggled with being hot while trying to sleep even with fans. The refrigerator is broken. It was set to 34 degrees but it never came below 50 degrees which spoiled some of our perishables and we were forced to toss them. The garbage company comes at 530-6 every morning which is extremely loud waking the whole house up each day. There is a homeless camp that meets each morning directly outside the building receiving free food that also woke the guests in the 2 rooms facing State St. The guests upstairs were very loud all morning making it impossible for us to sleep in. Having to walk all the way around the building with our luggage and upstairs was not something we desired to do after arriving. Other than those things, the home was fine and convenient to downtown. I would probably not choose this home in the future.

Excellent location! Close to River Street and all that it has to offer. Spacious. Nice appliances.A couple of call outs - I wouldn't count on the sleeper sofa being a usable bed for adults. It's not very comfortable and didn't seem to fit one of our friends very well (either head or feet would dip). The windows need replaced so you can hear EVERYTHING that happens outside. Be prepared to hear the dumpsters being emptied pretty much every morning. BUT, you can also hear the lovely church bells starting at 8. All in all, great space and location for the price.

Great Location

We stayed two nights and you can not beat the location. Central to everything so we were able to walk the entire trip. The unit was clean and spacious. As others have noted, there was a lot of street noise.

Wonderful 3 bedroom

Wonderful location to walk all over historic district. Only downside is the noise at night on the street and back alley which is loud but totally worth it for amazing location! Lots of space for grandparents, parents and kids to spread out. Nice kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Loved our stay!
