3 Bed/3 Bath Waterfront Condo w/ Slip- Clearwater Condos

This beautiful waterfront condo unit is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from inside the condo or out on the large screened in porch.

The unit is spacious and beautifully furnished yet user friendly with a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen's wrap around bar comfortably seats 6 and 6 more at the table just off the kitchen provides a lot of sit down eating area.

The master suite has a private bath, king size bed, & flat screen TV and has its own private slider which opens up on to the spacious deck. The other two bedrooms on the main level each have their own bathrooms attached. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The deck is also a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage at night.

Clearwater Condo's is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect your fellow Vacationers and abide by these rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit or bring pets. Treat our home like it is yours for family gatherings, quiet peaceful get-aways. We know you will create many wonderful memories in our little piece of paradise.

This also comes with slip for parking watercraft

Wonderful stay

We came down with our family for a tournament. The property was clean and very well stocked. The location was right by the pool which we enjoyed with our kids. The property is right on the lake. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return to this spot!

Labor day weekend

We reallt enjoyed staying at this condo. The location was perfect, the view was gorgeous and the people were friendly. Comfy and cozy patio to relax on and large condo for the kids to play. We will definitely be back.

Sibling and spouse Weekend

Great property, perfect for a group of adults. On the quiet side of the lake! Pool just a few steps outside the back door. Screened in back porch perfect for coffee in the morning or drinks at night, and being so close to the water is so nice. We will definitely be back!

Adults weekend getaway

We were impressed with the property from the moment we walked through the door. It was clean, well kept and beautiful. We were on a couple weekenf but all agreed this would also be a perfect spot for a trip with the kiddos. The ease of access to the pool was fantastic. The beds were some of the most comfortable ive experienced in a rental. Definitely will be staying here again. 10/10 recommend

Golf weekend

3 buddies stayed on golf weekend at old kinderhook. Property about two miles from course. Each had our own bedroom so it was very nice for us. Condo was very clean and very nice. Pool was right off the back patio. As were the docks. Very easy to get around.

Annual family get together

The condo was absolutely perfect! Decorated very nicely! We had everything we needed! Right on the water, boat slip, just steps away, Very clean and nice! From the condo itself, to the pool, to the surrounding area and the Boat slip! He really couldn’t ask for anything more. One thing I’m not sure they mentioned was there is a really nice play area very close by, badminton, fire pit, basketball court, cornhole. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your condo!

Great place to stay

We came to Lake of the Ozarks for a family vacation. Looked the condo we stayed in. Everything work/went as planned. The only issue we had was the internet not working. Most everyone’s phones worked except for my husband, daughter and I. We have a different cell provider. Other than that we definitely plan to come back and stay there again!! Very clean and well taken care of. It was a great family vacation! Also loved that the pool was right in front of our porch.

Spacious, Clean, 3 Bdrm, 3 Bath

Well stocked, comfortable, clean, modern, ground level condo (1.5 flights down from parking). Overlooks one pool at the complex (unheated). No boat trailer parking is allowed onsite but was provided information to rent private trailer parking close by (50@wk or 10@day). Provided slip was a considerable walk for one in our party. We were fortunate to meet the owner's parents who own a condo and slip onsite. They kindly offered use of their slip which was close. Thank You very much Mr. and Mrs. Sobaski! Well maintained, clean complex, would rent again when coming to LOZ.

Beautiful CLEAN and Comfortable

I don’t even know where to start with this review. This condo is CA-LEAN. The cleanest of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. The spacious 3 bedroom layout makes it easy to travel and stay with friends while maintaining privacy. It’s well equipped, down to extra trash bags, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (though we used our own), laundry detergent, ample towels, a kitchen with whatever you might need, and a grill on the HUGE screened in porch. The beds and pillows are comfy and every bedroom has its own tv. This unit is conveniently located just steps from the complex pool. Clear and basic instructions for checkout. It’s about a half hour drive from Osage Beach in a quiet lakefront location. My ONLY request would be to fix the router or whatever is wrong with the wi-fi. With the remote location cellular service is patchy and when running a business that operates 24/7, it’s important to be able to make and receive phone calls via wi-fi calling when cellular is unavailable. All in all, our stay exceeded our expectations.
