Beautiful remodeled 3-bedroom Cottage across from Bayou Garcon and 4 min to the BEACH!!! A short walk to the intracoastal waterway, and a short trip over the bridge to Johnson Beach! Enjoy close proximity to everything on your vacation checklist as this cottage sits within walking distance to Publix Supermarket, many food establishments, a public boat ramp access 1.1 miles away at Galvez Landing, and just a 3 minute drive to two of the top golf courses in NW Florida! Watch the Navy's Blue Angel flight squadron practice down the beach from this lovely spot. Completely fenced in yard as well.

Enjoyed our stay! We even extended it by 3 days. We will return! The food truck next door was great for breakfast each morning before the beach.

This cottage is a wonderful space for decompressing and relaxing with or without family! It's pet friendly and the food truck right next door is great. The beach is only a three minute drive away as well! Highly recommend!

SUPER CUTE COTTAGE

This property is as cute as it looks in the listing. Has all the amenities that you would expect. Walking distance from Publix grocery. If you are there for great seafood go to the oyster bar under the bridge. Neighborhood isnt very pretty but its quiet and safe.

Great place, great location

Loved the beach vibe at this place, and the convenience to everything. There’s even a breakfast food truck literally right next door that has great food and service. The state park entrance to the beach is a 5 minute drive away, and there is a Publix, CVS, restaurants, and more that are nearby. Great stay!

Wonderful home

The house is wonderful! It’s deceiving! From the outside it looks small, but inside it has a ton of room. The backyard is great, the proximity to Publix is great, and it took us less than 10 minutes to get on the beach and that’s only because we had to wait to get through a line. And there is a dog “beach” very close too! It was a great experience!

Beautiful Bungalow

Upon arrival, our first impressions were "immaculate and beautiful". The bedrooms and family spaces well well lit and very well decorated. After a long day of driving, it was truly an oasis. While there, we "babysat" our granddaughter and her fur baby "nanny". The rooms were excellent and the backyard very spacious. The grocery store is less than a block away with food and the beach very near. Fantastic place to stay while in the Pensacola area!!

Wonderful seaside experience

The house is even better in person. We all felt cozy and at home. Definitely cannot wait to come back in the summer.My boys enjoyed the foosball table and board games. So convenient for going to the beach or Pensacola City just a 20min drive.If your thinking about staying here with your family I recommend it 100% thanks for having us, The Prokops.

Family road trip

This cottage was amazing! Perfect location - tucked away on a quiet street and minutes from everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and the owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!!!

Perfect cottage

We traveled for a baseball tournament, this was the perfect place. The host was super nice and easy to deal with. The cottage is extremely well done and clean. Also, very easy to go to the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break

The property is just as it shows online. I traveled with my husband, two boys, ages 18 and 20 and our dog. There was plenty of room for every one. We loved that Johnson’s Beach was a 5 min. Drive and took morning and evening walks there. Pensacola was about a 25 min. Drive. There is a grocery store and gas station within walking distance. Our host, Wendye, always responded timely.

Super cute cottage!!

The cottage was perfect for my family. We were in just for the night for my son’s wedding. The host was very responsive and receptive to an early checkin request. Would highly recommend this property if you’re looking in this location.
