Historic Cozy Adobe 2.9 miles to the Taos Plaza. Beautiful Mountain Views.

Easy access to and from the property. Only 2.9 miles to the Taos Plaza and 13 miles to the Taos Ski Valley. Comfortable King size bed and nice spacious kitchen, with a big dining table, enough room to set up your laptop as a work space. Free Standing Refrigerated Air Conditioner, 60 inch TV screen, setup with ROKU. "BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN VIEWS" near the rental, only 1 minute walk from the rental to see the mountains. Fenced in backyard. Laundromat is near by the rental. I live close by and I am more than happy to answer any questions that you may have. Pets allowed, fee is $50.00 per pet. Camera in front entrance.

I really love historic adobe bungalows and this one was really sweet and completely well appointed. Close in Toas as well as Arroyo Seco and Ski Valley. Zenda was very communicative and proactive. Thank you!

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable - a nice change from the slabs of concrete that are known as beds in the hotel industry! Lots of nice touches with complementary coffee and half and half in the fridge and fresh fruit. Fenced-in back yard is great for pets. The host greeted us when we first arrived and was very nice and accommodating. The location is convenient to not only Taos, but also Carson National Forest and the Rio Grande Gorge. Highly recommend!

The host was communicating before, during and even cam to see how our stay was before we checked out. The house was very cozy and well stocked with all that we needed. The bed was so very comfortable! Very clean and i would very much stay here again and recommend for other couples. Love that it was close to many things to do around Taos!Thank you Zenda

This was a perfect place for a visit to Taos. Comfortable, clean, peaceful. Zenda was always available by text to answer any questions or to make suggestions for places to eat, etc. We and our two dogs had a very enjoyable stay there.

The property is located close to a busy road, but don’t be discouraged, the walls of the adobe appear to be over a foot thick and it was extremely quiet inside. Fenced backyard with large shade trees was a great place to enjoy the outdoors. It is adjacent to the house with a lockable gate, but can’t be accessed from within the house itself. Also, acres and acres of pasture land allowing great views of the mountains. Conveniently located just outside Taos.

Anniversary stay

Very comfortable property. Nice and friendly owners. Convenient to Taos. There is some noise from the highway; however, the property is positioned so that it has privacy.

A Simplistic Setting with Extravagent Characteristics

A very comfortable bed, which is key to any stay! Nice little touches like fresh flowers on the table and thoughtful snacks for us upon arrival!A nice selection of coffee and tea; lots of body wash and shampoo to choose from; everything else you might want/need including wifi and television connectivity.Oh, and do consider the 'Blackstone Grill', which we used to conjure up an impeccable stir fry with meat, shrimp, and lots of fresh veggies!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and especially enjoyed exploring the nearby areas including the Taos Ski Valley, despite the absence of snow in June. It was stunning! G&J

Nice Get-away

The place was very clean and charming. It's location allowed us to come and go easily and get out of the business of Toas for a few minutes. The area out back was a peaceful and beautiful place to sit and have our morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

A soft place to land

I enjoyed staying at this home. The backyard is a great spot for relaxing. The location is just outside Taos, offering respite from the town. This host is exceptionally generous, kind and responsive.. Me and pooch thrived here. The place is so comfy, clean and well stocked. After a busy day...a soft pace to land.

The Peaceful Adobe

Conveniently close to Taos, but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. The adobe is immaculate and well stocked with kitchen needs, linens, and toiletries. Fabulous communication with the host, Zenda! She is gracious, welcoming, and accommodating with all our needs. This was our introduction to Taos and we would absolutely stay at the Cozy Historic Adobe again!

We arrived early and Zenda let us in anyway. The house is 300 years old and that gives it a whole different vibe. It has been updated to provide every convenience.We loved our stay with Jim and Zendra. They are very personable.If you love birds there’s a feeder for them and they are beautiful.

The home was perfect! Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great recliner chair!! Also, great location. We (me & my dogs) were near town plus all the cute little towns around Taos! Zenda & her husband Jim are a delight!!!! Would stay there again- no doubt!!

Beautiful

The property was very easy to locate, off the highway but not to close. Private and safe. The adobe walls kept us warm and it was very quiet. Lots of trees and just a few yards from a beautiful pasture with a view of the mountains. The host's were regular folks' that made us feel welcome and appreciated. Our best stay in Taos yet!
