In building D is the closest access to corridor you can get. Unit is on the same level as bridge to corridor. Covered parking space, ski/board rental on-site in same building. Community pool and hot tub, gym, private balcony and more! This property is steps to the corridor but far enough away from Winter Park base to escape the noise of bars and revelers. Great location for adult pairs or families with young kiddos.

Wonderful Ski in Ski out location! The condo was perfect for two people and was equipped with everything we needed! The facilities of the condo were also great! Being on the 5th floor meant we were extremely close to the ski in ski out access. The pool, hot tub, gym, and game room were all well maintained! It was also so nice to have covered parking to keep our truck out of the snow! The host was also very responsive and kind! Even with the low snow this year we were still able to ski out, and they had a convenient shuttle that ran back from the resort to the condo since the “ski in” aspect was closed.

Iron Horse Rocks!

First of all I can't say enough about what great Hosts and communicators Carey and Julia are! A minor problem with the unit listed as a 1 bedroom instead of a studio and a Wi-Fi work around later they bent over backwards to move us into one of their other fantastic units on the property. If Ski in Ski out is a priority you cannot beat this location, 5th floor unit is the floor for the ski locker room and ramp to Corridor run. Thier units are well maintained, clean with tastefully updated interiors! Will come back for sure!!!!

Best ski in and out location

Great ski in and out ! That was our main criteria since we only had one day in Winter Park. It met all our checkboxes for easy to get to Easy to store gear Easy to get on the slopes and not too over priced. Moose viewing just outside our balcony was a bonus!

Awesome ski weekend

Perfect place to stay for a ski weekend. Literally steps to the slope. Condo was clean and in great shape with all the amenities and a well appointed kitchen. Building also has a very nice game room with ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. Great communication from the host.

Perfect Winter Park Location

This is the second time I have stayed at this condo. It was so good the first time, I arranged my vacation dates around the condo availability. Julia and Carey are incredible hosts. They are extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo is meticulously maintained and extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Corridor run and access to Winter Park base are just feet from the door of the condo and truly make this a ski in and out location. Parking is extremely easy and the covered\heated parking garage is perfect. The hot tub is is a great way to recover and relax from a long day of skiing. The proximity to the restaurants and bars at the base make it easy to enjoy the resort and is a short walk away. I plan on staying here again year after year. Thank you to Carey and Julia for such an awesome vacation.

Great ski-in, ski out!

This is a true ski-in, ski-out: 15 steps to the ski locker; 20 steps to the slopes: it does not get better than that.The unit (a large studio) is very comfortable and had all we needed. And there were lots of extras including a fireplace and particularly great coffee. There is an indoor/outdoor pool, two big hot tubs, large exercise room, and even a steam room! There is plenty of outdoor parking, but indoor parking is tight. Spots open inside frequently, so keep checking. If you do not have a car, you can use the shuttle bus (it is less reliable on weekdays). The hosts were wonderfully accommodating, helping with every question we had. Bottom line: We were exceptionally pleased and will become one of the many repeat renters of this unit.

wonderful mountain ski in/out

The property was clean, well appointed, thought out and inviting. From the no slip carpets at the entry, to the throw blankets, to the duvet, this property did not disappoint!

Thanks for the stay

Overall, super convenient location, especially if the intention is to be there just to ski. The only problem we had, related to parking. On the second night, we were unable to find parking spots in any of the buildings, and not even outside were available. Other than that, all went smoothly.

Ski in ski out comfortable and stocked

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in late February. Condo is well stocked for your stay. Ski storage with locks provided. easy access to town (if driving own vehicle). Needed to communicate by phone with owners and Carey was immediately available and helpful with our situation.

Perfect for ski in and out!

If you are looking for the perfect skin in/out rental this is your place. The slopes were literally right out the door. You could even see skiers going down Corridor right out the window. The condo was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was extremely useful. This condo was perfect for me and my needs. I was even able to take the 5-10 minute walk down to the resort to eat and hang out after skiing. The weather was crazy for my stay and Carrie contacted me by phone concerned about being able to get to the resort. She was extremely friendly and seemed to be legitimately concerned. Carrie was an excellent host. Only one complaint I have is that there was no toilet paper upon arrival and the shower took some time to drain. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. I will be staying here again next year.

Nice unit, Great Location

Wow, we couldn’t believer everything our host had available for us! We came so prepared and yet didn’t need anything! As a retired teacher I have been in many units the past few years but this one was perfect. Head to Safeway in Fraser, buy a few groceries, and that’s all you need. SERIOUSLY, we needed nothing the unit did not have! (Including condiments, garbage bags, hair dryer, etc) the check in process was simple and the host was always available and willing to help! (Even though we didn’t need it) literally 50 yards from the trail leading to the Gondola. Ski down Mary Jane at the end of the day and you’re a few steps from your room! Also a great workout room for my son who runs track at Doane University!
