Located in the Winter Park Village, this condo is walking distance to The Gondola and base area. Our One Bedroom Condo features a Kind Bed in the master, and Memory Foam Queen pull-out couch in the living area. Full Kitchen with Cook Stove, Microwave, Convection Oven, Dishwasher, and Full Size Fridge. Large bathroom with Shower and Tub, as well as private balcony with view of the resort, including Mary Jane and Park side. Amenities include a hot tub, outdoor common area, fire pit, grills, ski lockers, bike lockers, covered parking, free Wi-Fi, and laundry room. With a passion for travel ourselves - Our condo is all about convenience and comfort! Free covered, secure and heated parking. Free in the summer, $24 per day in the Winter. TOWP STR Permit #009238

Always love staying at the property and this was our first time staying in this until! The unit was very conveniently located and had everything we could possibly need! The communication with the host was excellent! Wish we had been able to stay longer!!

Great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s. The location is amazing for access to the mountain and village. Stephanie’s instructions were spot on. The hot water does indeed work, just need to be patient. We’d stay here again for sure.

Conveniently Located and Well Kept

5 minute walk to Gondola and lifts. The condo is very well kept. Sofa bed is good for kids. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

Walk to the base… marking is literally 10 feet from front door… private entrance from the street… host is great with communication and super easy to work with!! Well stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Stephanie is a great communicator. The condo is conveniently located to everything in the resort part of Winter Park. The place is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a stay. Would love to return!

Great place for short stay

Very nice property, with great location. Cons were that there were no kitchen towels, and only one face towel. We were told that the hot water took awhile to get there, but it was over 5 minutes of wasted water before it got warm! Overall,it was a nice stay and Stephanie was very helpful.

Great Condo Next to the Slopes

Amazing updated condo with everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Walking distance to the slopes. Condo is on garage level (a nice bonus when unloading suitcases/equipment). Hot tub is nice (and very big so it doesn’t feel crowded). I would recommend this place to anyone, and we would definitely stay here again. Being so close to the slopes made the trip that much better (and easier). No need to worry about shuttle buses or parking.

Location, location, location

You can walk up one flight of stairs from the sidewalk to this unit from the front of the building, or access it through the parking garage. Super close to the Gondola. Beautiful view from the balcony and windows. Easy access to the hot tub through the parking garage. If you bring a car you could possibly park within 10 feet of the unit entrance. I would definitely try to stay at this unit again in the future. Like my title stated “location, location, location.

Codes we’re not an issue but rather have to be entered correctly which includes a pound sign. Hot water takes a little while as there is a central unit that supports the building so it just takes a little time which is outlined in the welcome letter. TV in the bedroom has not had an issue since your stay, but if I had been contacted I would certainly work to help and support getting in to work!

Great location and value

The location of the condo can’t be beat—just a short walk across the street to the gondola. Stephanie was super helpful and prompt in responding to questions. The unit is also a great value—most other rentals in this price range are studios, which was not suitable for our party of four adults. The only problems making this not a five-star were that the foldout bed in the living room was not very comfortable and squeaked loudly when anyone moved on it. The owner warned us that the hot water would take a long time to heat up but it takes a *really* long time, resulting in some lukewarm showers. Also light sleepers should bring earplugs because the compressor in the refrigerator whines quite loudly and is right next to the bedrooom. Finally the ad says the hot tub is closed until Nov but it was still closed end of Dec. These are small things Though, overall very nice and convenient place.

Winter Park Resort

The location is excellent a short walk to a Chair lift. The kitchen does not have a oven but the microwave does have a convection bake setting. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The pull out sofa bed is not comfortable. Getting hot water took about 10 minutes but then you have a hot shower. It’s located next to the stairs so people exiting the parking lot early in the morning you can hear them with their ski boots walking up and down the stairs not really a big deal but FYI to those who want something more quiet. Overall it was very good.
