Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow — perfect for up to 7 guests!
Conveniently located just 15 minutes from both downtown Seattle and Bellevue, you'll enjoy easy access to I-5 and the light rail — ideal for attending concerts, games, and exploring the city with ease.

The space:
♦ 1 ensuite with a California King bed, smart tv and full bathroom with dual sinks, shower and tub (Pack N Play available)
♦ 1 bedroom with a queen bed
♦ 1 bedroom with a twin bed over a full with trundle (bunk style)
♦ Fully equipped kitchen (toddler chair available)
♦ Living room and smart TV
♦ Covered and uncovered backyard deck with grill
♦ Air Conditioner
♦ High-speed 5G internet (500+ Mbps), two smart TVs, and
♦ In-house washer/dryer for your convenience
♦ Free parking is available in front of the house and in the fenced front driveway (4+ vehicles). We also provide a complimentary Level 2 EV charger for your convenience.

House Rules — Please Read Before Booking:
- Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: By 11 AM
- Late checkout fee: $50/hour
- Registered guests only - Hosting a “party/event” or hosting ANY number of guests beyond the confirmed number in your reservation at any hour will result in immediate eviction.
- No smoking, drugs, pets, or parties ( $500 fee if violated, including the back and front yards)
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- Security camera at the front (doorbell) — do not cover or disable
- WiFi, door lock, and camera are connected — tampering may result in immediate cancellation
- Shoes off inside — please remove or carry to your room
- HOT TUB - Please notify the host in advance if you plan to use the hot tub. Shower before and after using the hot tub. Use at your own risk. No children under 16 in the hot tub without parental supervision.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.

We have stayed at several VRBO listings and this was by far the most well stocked. They thought of everything from a variety of coffees to containers for leftovers. The home was very clean and cutely decorated. The hosts were very prompt at communication and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable and beautiful home. Fully stocked kitchen and linens. Nice (fenced) backyard with a grill and a deck. Easy communication with owner. Property access was also easy. Neighborhood was just ok. Close to a grocery store, a few restaurants and public transportation (bus and elevated train) but we visited areas with better access to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again!

Impeccably Renovated Home, Meticulously Clean

Beautiful home with unassuming exterior. Renovated with a great deal of attention to design with quality fixtures and appliances. Owners were super responsive, kind and helpful. Location is very good. My wife and I loved this place and would happily stay here again!

Quiet Home with Beautiful Kitchen

I was visiting the Seattle area and needed a place to stay equipped with a full kitchen and ultimately space to relax with two of my best friends. This home provided us with all we needed, from the beautiful kitchen to the huge soaking tub we had everything and more than what was expected. Rina was a very gracious host with great communication. I would stay here again 100%!

Everything about this house was on point, it had everything anyone would need. No negatives all. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place in Seattle. Great host, always available for anything. 15 stars out of ten!!!

This house was perfect for us. It had a king size bed for me and my husband and two other bedrooms, one with bunk type beds that we did not use and another bedroom that our adult son stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed and if we had wanted to cook it had everything for that as well. The living room was comfortable and the dining area ended up being a great place for playing games. The central air turned out to be very much needed, as Seattle was experiencing a bit of a heat wave. This home is all one level and with the hand rails on the front steps it was easy for those of us with mobility issues. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was close to everything we needed, as well as easy access to Seattle. Raphael was very quick to answer all questions and concerns. A wonderful home that we hope to be able to rent again soon!

Fantastic stay— highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely come back! The home is beautifully designed with high-end finishes throughout—it felt luxurious yet comfortable.One of the unexpected accommodations was the pack and play. We brought our own but ended up using the one provided instead because it had a cozy mattress that helped our baby sleep so well.The huge master closet was another game-changer—it was spacious enough to comfortably fit the pack and play, giving our baby a quiet, dark place to sleep while still keeping them close by. We also really appreciated the high chair that was provided—it was sturdy, clean, and saved us the hassle of bringing our own.The backyard was also spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. We didn’t bring our dogs unfortunately but they would have enjoyed the fancy doggie door. Everything was spotless, and you can really tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming, high-quality space. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house with great floor plan for those with disabilities

We were visiting Seattle after moving away several years ago. We needed a place that was in a quiet neighborhood with nice beds and one level for our chronically ill family member. There are only a few steps into the house and inside was one level; perfect for the assistive equipment we needed to use. Highly recommend! The hosts are responsive and not overbearing. The property is spotless and the beds are very comfortable. It also has central air which is not common in the Seattle area. We all loved it!

5 stars across the board!

We stayed at Rina and Raphael's home for one week while we were visiting Seattle and their home did not disappoint one bit! Communication with them was great from the start. They answered all of my questions very quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. And the home...we absolutely loved it. Everything is clean and neat and they provide so many amenities. We had everything we needed to cook meals, do laundry, and just relax:) We really felt at home. This was our first time using VRBO and we had a great experience! We didn't want to leave! Thank you Rina and Raphael!

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!

This home is amazing - it met all our needs and then some!! The home is so spacious, SO clean and extremely well equipped - the bed was comfy, the bathrooms feel like you are in a luxury hotel, the kitchen had the best tools and spices of any rental we’ve ever stayed in - this just has all comforts of home which we thoroughly enjoyed! My husband and I worked remotely in the mornings (plenty of space to spread out!) and went exploring in the afternoon. The location is convenient and close to everything you need. Instructions are crystal clear for everything. The hosts were responsive and so welcoming. The backyard is relaxing and the August weather was perfect for enjoying it in the evenings. We even had a cute little bunny rabbit visit us every night. It’s the most peaceful place for work and play. Of all the rentals we’ve ever had through VRBO this is by far our favorite!

Beautiful 5 Star Home

Our stay at this house was awesome. It's very unassuming from the street view, but when you open the front door it's amazing. It was VERY clean and neat. The kitchen had every piece of cooking equipment we needed, and the gas stove was to die for. There were all sorts of special extras placed throughout the house. You could tell that the hosts are very conscious of their guests needs, and have made a home that felt just perfect. We would recommend this house to anyone and would absolutely stay again.

A beautiful home that met all of our needs

The home is lovely and very well appointed. We were a family group that included children and we were all very comfortable. Rina and Raphael are organized and easy to work with. Would definitely come back for another stay!
