Nick and Kim were very good hosts and worked with us to give us a great vacation. The pool, hot tub and theamed rooms were awesome.

A V wonderful stay with a very responsive host. Had a great time:)

We had a family reunion and it was a great choice. The pool area in the backyard was great and we enjoyed it very much. The host was really understanding and very responsive. He agreed for an early check in and a late check out which made our trip to and from the airport easy.

Family Theme Park Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay during our time in California. The house is very close to Disneyland and in a quiet neighborhood.

Definitely stay again!

Great location, very comfortable beds, lots of space for the six of us to spread out. Loved the coffee machine! Close to Disney and shops, very quiet neighbourhood. Nick was on hand to answer any queries. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House

Love the layout of the house, rooms were large enough and lots of extras. We really enjoyed our stay. Manager was great to answer questions and help with any issues. We highly recommend the property and would return again.

Amazing Property Minutes From Disneyland!

This is an absolutely gorgeous property and our 5 day stay here was nothing short of fantastic! We had such an amazing experience and Nick was wonderful. We had zero problems while staying here and Nick was so quick to answer any questions. This property went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this property for any families or groups visiting California, especially those heading to Disney. The themed bedrooms were so fun and our kids adored the Mickey room with the bunkbed, the pool, claw machine, basketball game, and arcade game. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Disney in the future! Thank you!

Amazing stay

Everything about this home was amazing. Nick and Karen are amazing host from the very beginning of our stay to the end. Great communication . I would highly recommend and its less than 10 minutes from Disneyland! Honestly the best, i will definitely be staying here again for our next family trip.

Great location for Disneyland

This house is perfect for a group visiting Disneyland! We had a great a great stay and enjoyed our time relaxing at the house as much as visiting the parks. Very convenient location with lots of amenities close by like Target, grocery store, Costco, In and Out. Super easy to get Ubers or Lyfts for rides to and from Parks.

Great Location, Backyard Is Amazing!

Perfect spot ~10 minutes from the Disney parks - was wonderful for our family! We have a 2yo and there were even toys and books he could play with, in addition to a travel crib and high chair. The outdoor area was perfect for swimming and eating dinner outside. The hosts were attentive and helpful. We loved our stay!

Fantastic VRBO. Highly recommend!

My family stayed her the beginning of December for a trip to Disneyland. The home is very clean and I’m very picky about cleanliness. The interior looked remodeled and nicely decorated. There are several bedrooms which is great for a large family or large group. Bathrooms were nice and roomy. Kitchen had all the needed amenities and I absolutely loved the 2 washers and 2 dryers. The pool and hot tub were nice. Nick was very accommodating and responded quickly. We will definitely be back again!!

Good location

The property worked for our group and was close to Disneyland which was advantageous for us. It was warm in the house and we didn't want to turn down the AC or else it was an added cost. There was also construction occurring during our stay so in the mornings it was loud and before 8am.

Nice House

The house was clean. Nice location and responsive host. I would suggest he invest in new towels. House had slight odor which could be fixed with different cleaning products. Bathtub in first bathroom was overlooked in cleaning. However, the family was pleased overall. I would probably stay again.

Fabulous stay!

This home was perfect for our family of 7! Plenty of room and space in a lovely neighborhood within 10 mins of Disneyland and plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool was clean with a beautiful outdoor space and seating for the whole family. The owner called to make sure everything was suitable and even offered to bring us coolers if we needed them for Disneyland. He was so kind. Overall a wonderful experience!

Perfect spot

We had so much fun staying at this place. It is very close to Disney and we saved a lot of money by Ubering instead of driving and paying for parking. There are grocery and liquor stores nearby. The themed rooms were a fun touch. We loved the pool and outdoor sitting area. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. I would totally recommend this place! The check-in and out process was very easy, which I appreciated since so many other properties are overly complicated. Highly, highly recommend this spot!

July Fourth spectacular

My family of 10 fit very comfortably in this 5 bedroom home. We were here for July fourth and we had a spectacular 360 degree view of gorgeous fireworks displays that lasted almost 3 hours. The house was very clean and roomy. Anything we needed to make this place feel like home was at our fingertips. Nick was very friendly and very accommodating. We would rebook if we were to go back to vacation in this area. Thanks to Nick for a great family vacation!!

WONDERFUL Stay!

We stayed for 10 days at this house. The owner Nick was wonderful to work with. We had a couple issues at the house while we were there and he came the same day to correct them. The house was clean and my kids loved the pool and little ride in the backyard. My brother enjoyed the mini golf area and my parents and I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit (which we could not figure out but Nick showed us how to use). The grill worked perfectly and it was nice to have grilled foods for dinner. The two washers and dryers were fantastic to have especially since we had 6 adults and 2 children there. I cannot say enough nice things about this property. If we do another large family trip we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family vacation

The owner of this property was amazing. He reached out before we arrived letting us know if we wanted to check in early just let him know. He provided a double stroller so we didn't have to deal with two. Since it was February we didn't use the pool but the hot tub was a blessing after walking at Disney all day. No extra fees were charged for anything. The house has two washers and dryers that came in handy with our group of 11. All the beds were comfortable. The house has 3 bathrooms so no one had to wait for one. I sure would rent this place again.

Great location. Be aware it is not a single family residence.

Positives: The interior of the house was nicely decorated and the bedroom were spread out nicely throughout the house. The pool was great. If you’re visiting the parks, the house is well located about 4 miles from Disneyland and California Adventure. Cons:The attached garage is actively being turned into an ADU. There was no mention of this in the description of the rental. And the construction was underway most days while we were renting the rest of the house. The host gave us no warning of this before we arrived or after we arrived. We just came home one day and there were men in the garage working. This was very disappointing. Because we rented for a week, visited the parks on multiple and alternating days, and during our stay at the house we planned to rest at the house during the hottest part of the day and then head back to the parks in the evening. And on our off days we really could not relax inside the house due to all the noise from the construction. The garage unit shares walls with two bedrooms including the kids’ bedroom. The construction was very loud thru the walls. It was impossible for the kids or us to nap in the afternoon during the breaks due to the noise from the construction. Another con, some of the gear in the backyard was a little worn. And the backyard was not as grand as the photos in the property’s post would lead you to expect.
